dc.description.abstract本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國中生課業壓力與休閒需求之現況,並探討不同背景變項的國中生課業壓力與休閒需求之差異情形,以及課業壓力與休閒需求之相關情形。以臺北市12個行政區之公立國中(含完全中學)為研究範圍,採分層隨機叢集抽樣方式進行問卷調查,發出問卷1440份,回收之有效問卷共計1181份。根據所得資料,以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關等統計方法進行資料處理。研究結果發現: 一、臺北市國中生在課業壓力中,最主要的壓力來源為擔心將來考不上理想的學校,其次為國中基本學力測驗增加讀書負擔;在休閒需求中,最主要的需求為放鬆心情,其次為減少心中的不愉快。 二、不同「性別」、「年級」、「父母課業要求」、「教師課業要求」、「休閒活動時段」、「休閒活動次數」、「休閒活動類別」之國中生,在課業壓力與休閒需求分別有顯著差異。顯示臺北市的國中生因其特性不同,在課業壓力與休閒需求之情形亦有所差異。 三、臺北市國中生在課業壓力與休閒需求之間有正相關存在。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to understand and investigate: (1) The characteristics on academic stress and leisure needs of junior high school students in Taipei City. (2) The differences on academic stress and leisure needs with different demographic variables. (3) The relationship between academic stress and leisure needs. Stratified random sampling and cluster sampling were adopted to collect questionnaires from the 12 districts’ public junior high schools in Taipei City (including the complete schools). 1440 questionnaires were delivered, and 1181 valid questionnaires were retrieved. Descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis were applied to analyze the data. The results were as follows: 1.Worrying about not getting into an ideal high school was the main concern in the academic stress. The next was the Basic Competence Test for junior high school students, which raised their academic stress. Feeling relaxed and releasing the displeasing feelings from the heart were the requests for their leisure needs. 2.There were significant differences on academic stress and leisure needs with different gender, grade, parents’ and instructors’ expectation for the academic performance, time for leisure activity, times for leisure activities and categories of leisure activity, which meant the varied academic stress and leisure needs of junior high school students in Taipei City were due to their own traits. 3.There were three canonical correlation factors reaching significant level among academic stress and leisure needs of junior high school students in Taipei City, which revealed that canonical correlation did exist between both of them.en_US
