民營職場工作者生活適應與心理健康之關係:以生涯調適力為中介變項

Abstract

本研究目的在探討職場工作者生活適應與心理健康的關係,並希望瞭解生涯調適力在生活適應及心理健康之間是否具有中介效果。以受雇於臺灣地區民營企業的職場工作者為研究對象。選用的研究工具有「新訂青年生活適應量表」、「生涯調適力量表台灣版」及「正向心理健康量表」。使用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,共取得678個有效樣本。透過描述統計、多變量變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析及拔靴法進行資料處理與分析,研究結果如下:一、職場工作者的不同背景變項在生活適應上有顯著差異。二、職場工作者的生涯調適力在不同性別、年齡上沒有差異;在不同年資、學歷及職務級別上有顯著差異。三、職場工作者的不同背景變項在心理健康上有顯著差異。四、職場工作者的生活適應及生涯調適力能有效預測心理健康。五、職場工作者的生涯調適力在生活適應對心理健康之間具有完全中介效果。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between life adjustment and mental health of workplace workers and to investigate the mediating effect of career adaptability between life adjustment and mental health. The objects of this study were the employees of private enterprises in Taiwan. The employed instruments comprised New Life Adaptation Scale for Youth, Career Adapt-Abilities Scale—Taiwanese Form, and Positive Mental Health Scale. The data were collected utilizing a questionnaire survey. There are a total of 678 valid samples collected. The applied analysis methods included descriptive statistics, multivariate analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and bootstrapping. The results of this study were as follows:1.Workplace workers’ background variables have significant differences in life adjustment.2.Among the background variables to career adaptability of workplace workers, the significant variables are workplace seniority, education degree, and job grade; the insignificant variables are gender and age.3.Workplace workers’ background variables have significant differences in mental health.4.Workplace workers’ life adjustment and career adaptability have predictability toward mental health.5.The Career adaptability of workplace workers has a full mediation effect on the relationship between life adjustment and mental health.
