Abstract

本研究旨在了解生涯發展課程對國中資源班學生生涯成熟之影響。採質性研究法,以新北市某偏鄉國中資源班四位學生為研究對象,用Super生涯發展論輔以12年國民基本教育課程綱要生涯議題為依據,擬作生涯發展課程,藉以瞭解對學生生涯成熟的影響,研究者蒐集過程中教室觀察、晤談、學習單資料、省思札記等質性資料,綜合分析學生在生涯發展課程中的學習表現。本研究獲致結論如下: 1.生涯發展課程,創造偏鄉國中資源班學生獨立思考未來生涯的契機。 2.個別化調整的生涯發展課程,能幫助偏鄉國中資源班學生做出生涯選擇,對後續的生涯規劃有正向的影響。 3.透過生涯發展課程的質性研究能提升教師的專業省思與成長,更了解學生在生涯發展的困難。 最後,研究者依據結論提出建議,提供生涯發展課程的教案、教師實施生涯輔導、教學及未來研究之參考應用。
This study aims to explor the impact of career development courses on the career maturity of students in junior high school resource classes in rural areas. Qualitative research methods were employed to analyze the data collected from four selected students in a junior high school in New Taipei City. The Super Career Development Theory was utilized as a theoretical framework and the 12-year National Basic Education Curriculum Outline's career-related issues were incorporated to develop the career development curriculum. The study aimed to examine the effect of the curriculum on the career maturity of the students. Qualitative data was collected through classroom observations, interviews, learning materials, and reflective notes to assess the students' learning performance in the career development courses. The research findings reveal the following conclusions: 1. Career development courses provide opportunities for students in resource classes in rural junior high schools to engage in independent thinking about their future careers, thereby enhancing their career maturity.2. Individually tailored career development courses can assist students in resource classes in rural junior high schools to make informed career choices and positively impact their career planning and decision-making.3. Qualitative research on career development courses can promote teachers' professional reflection and growth and deepen their understanding of the difficulties about career development of students, ultimately contributing to more effective teaching practices. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends the following actions for the implementation of career development courses: providing comprehensive lesson plans, facilitating teachers' career counseling and teaching skills, and encouraging future research in this field to further explore the impact of careerdevelopment courses on students' career maturity.
