dc.description.abstract摘要 目的: 本研究旨在探討實施互惠式射箭教學對國小學生人際關係、自我效能與射箭成績表現的影響,並深入探討學生在互惠式射箭教學過程的經驗,以及教師在實施互惠式射箭教學的歷程與省思。方法: 採用行動研究的方式,研究對象為新北市某國小四、五年級12名學生,進行8節,每節40分鐘互惠式射箭教學。研究資料以國小學童人際關係量表、自我效能量表、射箭成績表現工具、學習後問卷、學生訪談與教師教學日誌,分別進行統計分析與內容分析。結果: 一、互惠式射箭教學後,發現人際關係前後測差異達顯著水準,顯示學生在接受射箭互惠式教學後在人際關係方面有所提升。二、互惠式射箭教學後,在自我效能前後測差異未達顯著水準。三、學生在射箭表現前後測差異達顯著水準,顯示在接受射箭互惠式教學後在射箭成績表現都有明顯的進步。四、學生在學習歷程中認為活動設計有趣,以及習得有能力欣賞他人優缺點、自我動作改善、隊友互動良好。五、教師認為此教學法,有效讓學生彼此認識及互動,並對其射箭技能與自信有所助益,且引起學生參與動機;隨時在教學中調整教學設計,能即時因應教學中的突發狀況。結論: 互惠式射箭教學不但有效改善學生人際關係,同時也提升其射箭成績表現。 關鍵詞: 互惠式教學、標準卡、人際關係、自我效能、射箭表現zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAbstract The purpose of this study was two folds, to investigate the effects of reciprocal teaching on Archery, interpersonal relationship and self-efficacy on elementary school students, and also examine the students’ learning experience, and teachers’ teaching experience and reflection. This study adopted action research approach. The participants were twelve 4th and 5th graders in New Taipei City. Each class lasted 40 minutes for 8 classes in total. Data were collected by Interpersonal Relationship Scale of Elementary Students, Self-Efficacy Scale and Archery Performance Test, learning questionnaire, student interview and teacher teaching journal. Quantitative data were analyzed by using statistics and qualitative data by content analysis. Results: (1) There were significant effects on interpersonal relationship indicating that reciprocal teaching promoted their interpersonal relationship. (2) There was no significant effect on self-efficacy. (3) There was significant effect on students’ archery performance indicating improvement. (4) Students learned to appreciate others strong points and shortcomings, improve skill performance and enhance teammate interaction. (5) Teachers considered that reciprocal teaching could help students to understand each other and interact, and enhance skill, confidence and motivation; and enable teacher in adjusting teaching design to overcome incidents during teaching. In conclusion, the reciprocal teaching in archery could promote students’ interpersonal relationship and performancr of archery.
