dc.description.abstract本研究主要目的在探討中華花藝教授培訓過程中在認真休閒與遊憩專門化的經驗。本研究以質性研究為研究取向,對六位受訪者進行深度訪談,並從訪談資料中進行歸納分析。研究發現受訪者參與培訓的動機多樣化,包括對個人喜好興趣的追求、傳承文化的願望,以及朋友的介紹和分享。這些因素推動受訪者持續學習,從興趣發展為專業技能,最終獲得中華花藝教授資格。在這個過程中,受訪者展現了極高的認真態度與持續學習,不僅突破挑戰提升了技藝,也在心理和情感上獲得了成就感和滿足感。這種持續參與使其在掌握花藝技術的同時,也培養了對中華花藝歷史文化的理解和認同。中華花藝教授的培訓過程也突顯遊憩專門化,受訪者在認知、行為和情感上都有明顯的成長,展現出高度的專業精神和文化傳承意識。透過系統化的學習,參加課程、考試及展覽等活動,不斷增強自己的技能和信心,最終不僅技藝精進,也更加認同自我價值與中華花藝文化。本研究提供了對中華花藝教授培訓之認真休閒與遊憩專門化經驗的深刻理解,為文化教育與休閒活動領域提供了實證參考,並有助於未來相關研究的發展。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe primary objective of this study is to explore the experiences of serious leisure and recreation specialization during the training process of Chinese floral art professor. Adopting a qualitative research approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with six participants, and the data were analyzed through inductive reasoning. The study found that the participants' motivations for engaging in the training were diverse, including the pursuit of personal interests, a desire to preserve cultural heritage, and recommendations from friends. These factors drove the participants to continuously learn, transitioning from a hobby to professional skill development, ultimately leading to the attainment of certification as Chinese floral art professor. Throughout this process, the participants demonstrated a high level of dedication and a commitment to ongoing learning, which not only enabled them to overcome challenges and enhance their skills but also provided them with a sense of psychological and emotional accomplishment. This sustained engagement allowed them to master floral art techniques while deepening their understanding and appreciation of the history and culture of Chinese floral art. The training process for becoming a Chinese floral art professor also highlighted the concept of recreation specialization, as the participants exhibited significant growth in cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects, showcasing a high degree of professionalism and cultural heritage awareness. Through systematic learning, participation in courses, examinations, and exhibitions, they continuously improved their skills and confidence, ultimately refining their artistry and reinforcing their self-worth and identification with Chinese floral art culture. This study offers a profound understanding of the serious leisure and recreation specialization experiences in the training of Chinese floral art professor, providing empirical insights for the fields of cultural education and recreational activities, and contributing to the advancement of future related research.en_US
