從媒體識讀落實人權法治教育—以線上遊戲廣告識讀教學為例

Abstract
本研究主要目的為透過線上遊戲廣告設計識讀教學課程,探詢由媒體識讀落實人權法治教育的可行性。本研究於九十八學年度第二學期進行,並以兩個九年級班級為研究對象,以行動研究的方法,設計出六節的識讀教學課程,實際地將課程於班級中實施,不斷修正與改良所設計的課程,且與協同合作教師共同探究發展合宜的教學策略,研究者亦從研究的過程中獲得反思與成長。線上遊戲廣告識讀教學課程所包含的人權法治議題有:平等、尊重、消除歧視、避免偏見、生命權、人格權、勞動尊嚴、身體自主權等觀念。
研究結果發現如下:
一、媒體識讀與人權法治教育的結合是可行的。
二、透過線上遊戲廣告可設計出識讀教學課程。
三、識讀課程實施遭遇的問題與因應對策。
四、學生對識讀教學課程的回饋。
最後根據研究結果,研究者提出日後實施課程或從事相關研究的參考建議。
The purposes of this study are to design literacy curriculum with online game commercials and to discuss the possibility of carrying out human rights and law-related education through using media literacy. This study proceeded in the spring semester of 2009. We selected two 9th-grade classes as research objects and adopted Action Research for this study. In this study, we designed six literacy curriculums and practiced them in the classes actually. By amending and improving the curriculums, the researcher and the collaborative teacher developed appropriate teaching strategies. The researcher also gained reflection and growth from this study. The human rights and law related issues in literacy curriculum are equality, respect, eliminates the discrimination, avoids the prejudice, life rights, personality rights, work dignity and body self-determination. The results of this research are shown below: 1.The combination of media, human rights and law-related education is practicable. 2.By using online game commercials, we can design the literacy curriculums. 3.There were some problems as well as difficulties in classes, and we found solutions for them. 4.We gained the feedback from students in the literacy curriculum. According to the findings, the researcher provided some suggestions for the curriculums or the related researches in the future.
