青少年另類服飾穿著者之審美思考與實踐研究─以西門町青少年多重個案為例

Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解西門町青少年另類穿著之動機、探討青少年另類穿著審美思考與實踐之歷程、分析影響西門町青少年另類穿著之環境脈絡。本研究的期程為2006年9月至2007年6月,研究對象則是選定西門町的五位青少年二男三女,作為個案。本研究採質性研究的多重個案法,並藉由訪談、觀察、文件分析等方式進行研究資料之蒐集。 綜合文獻探討與研究結果,本研究發現: 一、西門町青少年另類穿著之動機包含生理、心理、社會三個層面,他們藉由另類服飾來展示身體主權與服飾焦慮,構築服飾的幻想舞台,同時也是一種社會化的歷程。 二、個案的另類穿著是一漸變的過程,他們透過多元的方式產生服飾搭配的靈感,而其審美共同偏好為:多層次洋蔥型、整體感、有型,個案的分歧風格類型則為:趣味型、唯美病態、誇張,並且透過服飾社群網絡的交織,凝聚了更多的同好者。 三、個案不同的家庭環境、藝術教育經驗,以及大眾傳播媒體和西門町空間場域形成了影響西門町青少年另類穿著之環境脈絡。 根據研究結果,本研究提出以下建議: 一、青少年應尊重他人的穿著,而內在的充實也很重要,不要一味追求外在美,此外,還應省思外來文化的影響與本土文化的地位。 二、家長應了解其動機與背後意涵並尊重孩子審美觀。 三、藝術教育應建構學生的審美觀,並透過藝術教育實踐藝術生活化的理念。
This study aimed to understand the motivation of the juveniles with alternatively-wearing in Shimending, to explore their thinking and wearing progression, and to analyze the external factors that effect their alternatively- wearing. The study started in September, 2005 and ended in June, 2006. Two boys and three girls in Shimending were chosen as the participants in this research. Qualitative research methods including interview, observation and document analysis were applied in this study. To summarize the previous documents and the results of this research, the following points were demonstrated: 1. The motivation of these juveniles who wore alternative clothes resulted from physical, physiological and social reasons. They wore alternative clothes to express their body authority, clothing anxiety, and to construct an illusional world. Meanwhile, their behaviors were a process of socialization. 2. The process of their alternatively-wearing of these participants was evolutionary, and their inspirations of wearing collocation resulted from a variety ways. Their common aesthetic of clothing were multiple layers, coherent, and stylish while the diverse types of theirs were funny, sick, and exaggerative. People with the same wearing tastes gathered through internet communication. 3. Different familial background, art educational experience, media and the environment in Shimending were the external factors that influence these juveniles’ alternatively-wearing. According to the results, the suggestions in this study were listed as following: 1. The youth should respect the wearing styles of other people, and it is important for them to enrich their inner beauty instead of chasing skin-deep beauty. Besides, they should consider about the impact of foreign cultures, and the values of our local culture. 2. Parents should understand the motivation and meanings of their children’s wearing, and respect their aesthetic sense. 3. Art education should be helpful for students to build their own aesthetic, and make their life full of art.
