大學社團參與經驗與心流經驗相關之研究--以國立台灣大學學生社團為例

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討不同背景變項的大學生社團參與經驗及心流經驗的差異和社團經驗與心流經驗之關係,並根據研究結果提出具體建議,以供大學學生事務工作人員輔導學生社團之參考和未來相關研究之參考。 本研究之研究工具係參考學者發展之量表,及依據研究者工作經驗編製而成之「大學生社團參與經驗與心流經驗關係問卷」,並輔以訪談來深入瞭解社團經驗與心流經驗之情形。 本研究以國立台灣大學參與社團學生研究對象,經由有效問卷589份資料整理後,分別以描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等方法進行分析與討論;另外,挑選五位同學訪談,並以開放性編碼方式整理,補充說明量化分析不足之處。 本研究結果可歸納成四點,臚陳如下: 一、大學生參與社團確能獲得技能學習、人際關係、領導能力及自我實現等經驗,但此經驗不受參與者的性別、院別及參與社團個數之影響,而受參與者的年級、投入社團類別、參加社團年資、擔任最高職務及平均每週投入時間之影響。 二、大學生參與社團過程表示感受到心流經驗,但此經驗不受參與者的性別、院別及參與社團個數之影響,而受參與者的年級、投入社團類別、參加社團年資、擔任最高職務及平均每週投入時間之影響。 三、大學生參與社團心流經驗與社團經驗中技能學習、人際關係及領導能力等三項呈現中度正相關,而與自我實現呈現高度正相關。 四、從訪談中發現心流經驗出現時,會有清楚的目標、專注、技巧與挑戰平衡、時間感異於平常及愉悅等特徵。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to find out, under related background variables, the differences and the relationship between college students’ involvement of school clubs and the Flow. This study also serves as concrete references for administers to teach and counsel school club students in school clubs and for further study in the related fields. The methods used in study are scholars’ scales and the questionnaire done by the researcher according to her work experience—the questionnaire about the relationship between college students’ involvement of school clubs and the Flow. In order to know more about the real situation of their club experience and the Flow, this study includes interviews with students who have the experience of club participation. This subjects of this study are club students from National Taiwan University 589 valid responding samples are analysis by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANVON and Person correlation. Besides, we consulted five students with different club positions and dealt with the survey by opening code to supply quantitative. The result of the study was generalized into four points: 1. College students in club are exactly rewarded by skill learning, social relationship, leadership competence and self-realization. But this experience won’t be affected by club students’ gender, college genre and the amount of their clubs. On the other hand, this experience is affected by their grade, club type, period and the average frequency of club participation each week and their highest club position. 2. College students in club felt the Flow when participating clubs. But this experience won’t be affected by club students’ gender, college genre and the amount of their clubs. On the other hand, this experience is affected by their grade, club type, period and the average frequency of club participation each week and their highest club position. 3. The Flow that college club students felt in the participation of clubs is moderately positive-related with students’ skill learning, social relationship and leadership competence and is highly positive-related with students’ self-realization. 4. According to the consults, when club students felt the flow, they got clear goals, high concentration, skills, challenge of balance, different time arrangement and pleasure, etc.en_US
