Abstract
本論文利用全像蝕刻技術(Holographic Lithographic technique)來設計並製作具傅立葉轉換的全像透鏡,並應用於聯合轉換相關器(Joint Transform Correlator) 中,以進行圖形辨別。首先我們將介紹聯合轉換相關器及全像透鏡的理論設計與模擬分析,以及全像蝕刻技術,接下來再製作全像透鏡並探討其光學特性,最後再將全像透鏡結合於聯合轉換相關器,並針對其系統效能及辨識能力進行探討。在本文中我們製作出焦距為13.4公分,光點大小為20μm的離軸全像透鏡,應用此透鏡於聯合轉換相關器中,並展示此系統的圖形辨識效能。
We design and fabricate the holographic lens with Fourier transform function by using the holographic lithographic technique, and we compact the joint transform correlator (JTC) with the holographic lens. First, the optical properties of the holographic lens and JTC system are presented and analyzed in theoretical with computer simulation. The holographic lithographic system has been setup for fabricating the holographic lens and the optical characteristics of the holographic lens have been measured. Finally, the experimental results of the compact joint transform correlator with the holographic lens have been demonstrated and discussed.
