體驗學習融入品格籃球營對弱勢青少年人際關係影響之研究

Abstract

本研究以體驗學習核心,融入品格籃球營的活動課程中,討論對於弱勢青少年的人際關係影響,運用體驗學習中的經驗學習圈進行設計課程內容,並透過課程後的訪談,了解弱勢青少年在參與體驗學習的品格籃球營後,對於其自身的人際關係影響。 本研究立意抽樣參與品格籃球營的10位學生,經半結構式訪談蒐集資料,將訪談內容與人際關係四面向分類,並進行分析,人際關係功能四面向,分別為 「減輕孤獨感」、「提升自我價值」、「增進自我了解」、「促進群己融合」。本研究發現,參與體驗學習籃球品格營的學生,在人際關係四面向部分,皆有正向的影響。 本研究發現,體驗學習籃球品格營影響學生人際關係之因素為(一)創造學員需要人際溝通的情境:讓學員在過去家庭功能所引起的不足與缺乏,能夠在課程中得到更多發展與刺激。(二)創造學員人際互動練習的機會:讓學員能夠有充分的練習人際互動與溝通的技巧,老師透過引導,讓學員學習何謂合宜的人際互動。
This study uses experiential learning theory to design basketball character camp program to improve underprivileged teenagers’ interpersonal relationship. According to the after program interview, we know the influence of interpersonal relationship for these teenagers. We chose ten teenagers to join our study by using half-constructed interview to collect data. And analyzed with four interpersonal relationship targets which included “lower loneness” “higher personal value” “more self-understanding” and “better group integration”. The result show that the program has positive affection to teenagers’ interpersonal relationship. This study found there are two traits for this program. 1. Creating the environment for teenagers to learn communication. Develop the skill of communication for teenagers who lack of the suitable guidance from the family 2. Giving the chance for teenagers to practice the proper interaction. Teach teenagers how to properly interact with the other people. Through guiding, teenagers start to learn what is better way tomake friend.
