Abstract
本研究之主要目的在於了解台北市九家有線電視系統目前的營運服務品質、收視戶對有線電視所提供各項服務的滿意度,因此有五個主要研究問題: (一)了解台北市有線電視收視戶的收視行為;(二)了解台北市有線電視收視戶對頻道內容的滿意度;(三)了解台北市有線電視收視戶對系統經營業者服務的滿意度;(四)了解台北市有線電視收視戶對目前收費的滿意度;(五)了解台北市有線電視收視戶的基本資料。 本研究採取質量兼顧的研究方法,針對台北市五個有線電視系統經營區個別採取焦點團體討論法和電話調查訪問法,以期求得完整的資料。 在焦點團體討論方面,由於研究時間和經費的限制,本研究擬針對五個經營區分別各進行一場焦點團體討論,每場預定六位受訪者參與,並對受訪者的性別、年齡和教育程度等變項加以控制。 在電話調查訪問方面,本研究在五個經營區分別以隨機抽樣方式進行樣本之選取,在95%信心水準、誤差不超過正負3.5%,所以五區的樣本數都在780份至810份之間。
The major purposes of the study is to evaluate cable TV subscribers' viewing behavior in Taipei metropolitan city, and their satisfaction with system operators' service and charge rate. The study was conducted by both qualitative and quantative approaches. The focus group studies and surveys were separately administered in each five working areas, while the telephone survey will be conducted.
