帆船運動參與者休閒涉入暨生活品質之研究

Abstract

本研究目的為探討帆船運動參與者休閒涉入與生活品質的現況及相關性。本研究選擇問卷調查法，以帆船運動參與者為研究對象，採便利抽樣方式發放450份問卷，回收有效問卷共計390份。以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後檢定、皮爾森積差相關等方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示：1. 性別、教育程度、個人月收入及居住地，在休閒涉入具顯著差異；2. 性別、教育程度、個人月收入及居住地，在生活品質具顯著差異；3. 帆船運動參與者具高度休閒涉入及擁有良好的生活品質；4. 休閒涉入與生活品質呈顯著正相關。

This study aimed to explore the present status and correlations of sailing participants’ leisure involvement and quality of life. Convenience sampling was applied. Out of the 450 questionnaires issued, 390 were valid. Data was established and analyzed through descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post-comparison method, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The main conclusions were as follows: 1.The variables including “gender”, “education”, “monthly income” and “place of residences” of different sailing participants significantly affected leisure involvement. 2. The variables including “gender”, “education”, “monthly income” and “place of residences” of different sailing participants significantly affected quality of life. 3. There were high leisure involvement and good quality oflife for sailing participants. 4. There were significantly correlation between leisure involvement and quality of life.
