Abstract
東協經濟體成長迅速,2004-2014年前往東協投資觀光的企業為6.3%,比全球4.5%高。本研究目的為探討東協旅遊國家2015-2019 之執行政策,了解旅遊報告書 2015 的競爭力指標評分與國際旅客人數及國際旅遊收入之變化。本研究係使用次級資料分析,皮爾森積差相關及典型相關分析,研究發現新加坡為東協競爭力最高的國家,以ICT整備度、人力資源和勞動力市場、旅遊業的優先順序、航空運輸的基礎設施,國際開放程度是新加坡政策執行重點。2015旅遊人數最高的東協國家為新加坡,2017年及2019年旅遊人數最高的東協國家為中國,2015及2019年東協國際旅遊收入最高為泰國,2015年東協國際旅遊收入最高為中國。2015自然和文化資源指標評分與2015-2017年之國際旅客收入呈正相關。2015年有利環境指標評分與2015-2019年旅客人數呈中度正相關,2015 年自然和文化資源指標與2015-2019旅遊人數呈高度負相關。本研究提供東協旅遊國家未來在政策執行方針與旅客人數、旅遊收入的變化,瞭解未來東協各國旅遊施政方向。建議未來研究防疫之醫療需求,增加搜索工具,增加調查範圍。
The ASEAN economies grew rapidly, with tourism investment in ASEAN countries from 2004 to 2014 reaching 6.3%, higher than the global average of 4.5% (Zhang, 2018). This study examines the policy implementation of ASEAN tourism countries from 2015 to 2019 and its impact on competitiveness, international tourist arrivals, and tourism revenue reported in 2015. This study utilized secondary data analysis and conducted Pearson correlation and canonical correlation analysis. Singapore emerged as the most competitive country, prioritizing ICT readiness, human resources, labor market, and aviation infrastructure. Singapore had the highest tourist arrivals in 2015, while China led in 2017 and 2019. Thailand recorded the highest international tourism revenue in 2015 and 2019. The study found correlations between certain indicators and tourist revenue and arrivals. This study aims to provide insights into the future policy implementation and its impact on tourist arrivals and tourism revenue in ASEAN countries. It seeks to understand the future tourism policy directions of each ASEAN country.Future research should focus on medical needs for epidemic prevention and improve research tools and scope.
