從參與的觀察者角度初探陽明山國家公園 環境教育發展之會議活動環境教育意涵

Abstract

本研究目的為瞭解陽明山國家公園,在環境教育發展之會議活動環境教育意涵,探討陽明山國家公園環境教育系列會議活動背景與內涵、目的及參與者角色。研究對象為2010年至2012年陽明山國家公園環境教育發展之會議活動。本研究採個案研究方法,從參與的觀察者觀點出發,藉由WHO-IDEA思議方法、參與觀察、文件分析等方式,進行研究分析並交叉檢核研究正確性,其相關資料包含12場會議活動、計畫報告書及研究札記等。 本研究在結果顯示會議活動關鍵議題:生態資源整合暨環境教育推廣計畫、環境教育據點課程規劃、環境教育人員訓練及教材教法研習等,透過前人環境教育平台為基礎之IPAD整合會議活動推動模式及其成效涵括:(1)參與者環境教育專業知能提升(2)陽明山國家公園環境教育課程方案發展(3)提升大眾環境教育覺知、知識(4)改變大眾環境教育態度、價值觀。最後,參與者角色以三類群分析結果顯示,發展中專家學者、政府機構、學校單位等環境教育參與者的人員合作互動,充分發揮各自角色功能,成為影響歷程中最關鍵之因素,同時借重陽明山地區獨特地利之便,配合陽管處進行生態資源整合與環境教育平台推動,皆有助推進陽明山環境教育活動之整體推廣。 透過環境教育會議活動達到下列五項環境教育目標:(1)「覺知」陽明山國家公園獨特性及其與人文、土地及自然生態的關聯性;(2)建構陽明山國家公園生態保育相關「知識」與「技能」的環境概念;(3)改變對陽明山國家公園價值觀與「態度」,培養愛護陽明山國家公園自然與人文生態的意願與責任心;(4)「參與」陽明山國家公園保育行動具體行為目標,有助提昇民眾對於國家公園的關懷與保護。
The purpose of this study is to understand the Yangmingshan National Park, in the context of environmental implication meetings for development of natural education activities, explore the Yangmingshan National Park Environmental Education Series conference activities, background and meaning, purpose and role of the participants. The subjects are from 2010 to 2012 conference activities Yangmingshan National Park Environmental Education Development. This report uses case study method involving the viewpoint of participants’ observation, with WHO-IDEA Incredibles Method of participant observation, document analysis, etc., to carry out research and analysis and cross-check with different sources for correctness research, which included 12 related meetings, information activities, study plans, analysis reports and notes and so on. This study shows that the key issues in conference activities result: ecological resources to promote the integration of environmental education, focus point of environmental education curriculum structuring, environmental education, personnel training and teaching learning materials, etc., based on the IPAD conference activities through the integration of environmental education platform, predecessors promote the model and its effectiveness by covering: (1) participants to enhance professional knowledge of environmental education (2) Yangmingshan national Park environmental Education Curriculum development Programme (3) raise public awareness of environmental education, knowledge, (4) changes in the attitude of the public environmental education, values. Finally, the participants role in three group analysis showed that staff development experts, government agencies, schools, individual units and other participants in the cooperative interaction of environmental education, when fully functions as their role, are the most crucial factor in achieving the desired goal. Furthermore, Yangming mountain regions have unique geographic proximity, with the park administration and ecological resource integration platform to promote environmental education, all effected to push the overall promotion of Yangmingshan environmental education activities. Achieve the following five goals of environmental education through environmental education conference activities: (1) "awareness" Yangmingshan National Park and its unique and humanities, land and natural ecological relevance; (2) Construction of Yangmingshan National Park, conservation-related "knowledge" and "skills" in environmental concepts; (3) changes in the values of Yangmingshan national Park, and "attitude," which motivates the caring Yangmingshan National Park natural and human ecology and the sense of responsibility; (4) "participate" in Yangmingshan national Parks conservation action specific behavioral goals, help enhance the public for care and protection of the national park.
