Abstract

摘 要 本研究旨在探討臺北縣國民中學特教教師學校組織疏離感之現況調查。本研究採用問卷調查法,以98學年度臺北縣國民中學正式特教教師為研究對象,調查問卷回收率為89.9%。本研究工具為自編之「臺北縣國中特教教師學校組織疏離感之調查表」,所得資料以次數分配的百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗及變異數分析,進行統計處理和分析。研究結果歸納如下: 一、臺北縣國中特教教師的學校組織疏離感感受並不明顯,亦及台北縣國中特教教師並不具有學校組織疏離感。 二、臺北縣國中特教教師,在性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、服務學校區域、職稱、特教教師資格取得方式、最高學歷及特教年資等不同背景變項上,在學校組織疏離感的感受並無顯著差異。 三、在疏離感的五個構面上,無力感、無意義感、無規範感、社會孤立感及自我疏離感間有顯著相關。 最後,依研究結提出一些關於特教行政及特教工作方面的建議,以作為未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this research is to survey the relationship of the special education teacher and the school organization alienation in the Junior high school of Taipei County. Using the questionnaire survey procedure, we take officially special education teachers in the Junior high school of Taipei County as the object of this study. The questionnaire returns-ratio is 89.9% (142/158). The results of the survey are used to carry out statistical analyses. The findings induction is as follows: First, in the Junior high school of Taipei County, the special education teachers don’t obviously present school organization alienation. Second, the different background of the special education teachers in the Junior high school of Taipei County, e.g. the sex, the age, the marital status, the school region, the professional title, the educational background, seniority and so on, are not significantly difference in school organization alienation feeling. Third, the five constructions of alienation, i.e. the powerlessness, the meaninglessness, the normlessness, the social isolation and self-estrangement, are significantly correlated. Finally, according to the research results, we proposed some suggestions about special education administration and the work of special education.
