國中身心障礙學生父職參與及父職壓力之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在了解國中身心障礙學生父職參與及父職壓力之現況,並探討父職參與和父職壓力之關係。研究採問卷調查法,以「父職參與量表」和「父職壓力量表」為研究工具,以桃園市國中特教班學生父親為研究對象,共計發放正式量表 156 份,回收 117 份,回收率 75%,有效量表為 114 份。所得研究資料以 SPSS 統計軟體進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等方法進行分析。茲將研究結果歸納如下:
1.國中身心障礙學生父職參與為中上程度,以「保護」的參與程度最高,
「學習合作」的參與程度最低。
2.國中身心障礙學生父職壓力為中下程度,以「孩子的特質」的壓力程度最
高,「我和孩子的關係」的壓力程度最低。
3.國中身心障礙學生父職參與,不因父親的年齡而有差異,但因父親的教育
程度、家庭型態和就業型態而有所差異。
4.國中身心障礙學生父職壓力,不因父親的年齡、教育程度、家庭型態和就
業型態而有所差異。
5.國中身心障礙學生父職參與和父職壓力呈現低度負相關。
最後,根據本研究之結果提出建議,以提供學校、身心障礙學生父親及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore fathering involvement and stress of Fathers with middle school student with disabilities, and the relationship between fathering involvement and stress.The method of this study was the questionnaire survey with"fathering involvement scale" and "fathering stress scale" as research tools. 117 special education students' fathers in Taoyuan City filled in the scales. Datum were analyzed statistically useing descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Fathering involvement was above average. The involvement of "protection" was the highest, "study co- operation" was the lowest. 2. Fathering stress was under average. The stress of "children characteristics" was the highest, "The relationship between me and children" was the lowest. 3. In Fathering involvement of Fathers with middle school student with disabilities, there was no significant difference among the age of the fathers, but there was significant difference among education, family patterns and employment patterns of fathers. 4. In Fathering involvement of Fathers with middle school student with disabilities, there was no significant difference among the age, education, family patterns and employment patterns of the fathers. 5. There was a low degree of negative correlation between Fathering involvement and Fathering stress. In accordance with the results of this study, some suggestions were made to the departments of special education, father of disability children and the future research.
