社區大學學員學習動機與學習態度之研究--以臺北縣市社區大學為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討台北縣市社區大學學員學習動機與學習態度之研究, 採普查方式針對台北縣市22所社區大學進行抽樣調查,共計發放1200份問卷,回收之有效問卷計910份,有效問卷回收率達76%。根據統計分析及研究結果,提出研究結論如下: ㄧ、整體而言,台北縣市社區大學學員學習動機與學習態度均高。學員參 加社區大學的動機多為提升自我為主軸。學員自我學習態度是正向、 期待並能主動與人切磋。 二、台北縣市社區大學學員因學習動機因性別、職業、年齡、學歷以及選 課屬性之不同,在學習動機上有顯著差異。 三、台北縣市社區大學學員因學習動機因性別、職業、年齡、學歷、選課 屬性以及個人收入之不同,在學習態度上有顯著差異。 四、台北縣市社區大學學員因學習動機與學習態度呈現顯著正相關。 本研究依據結果提出建議,以供社區大學、相關行政單位、教師及未來研究之參考。 關鍵字:社區大學、學習動機、學習態度
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between learning motivation and learning attitude about students of community college in Taipei City and Taipei County. A questionnaires was adopted in this study. 22 community cpllege in Taipei area were conducted as random samples. The returned questionnaires are 1,200 copies whose valid return rate is 76%. Descriptive statistics is adopted to analyze this data. According to this study, the findings are as follows: 1. Students have positive learning motivation and learning Attitude. They express high motivation in their choosing curriculum and happy to learn. 2. In Community College in Taipei area, students learning motivations make significant differences because of their gender, jobs, age and learning degree . 3.In Community College in Taipei area, students learning attitudes make significant differences because of their gender, jobs, age, learning degree and individual income. 4.There is a positive relationship between students’ learning motivations and learning attitudes. Based on the above results, the study makes suggestions for community college, educational administration, teachers and further research.
