dc.description.abstract | 本研究之目的為探討滑雪指導員身份認同建構歷程。本研究方式採用文獻分析法和深度訪談法,訪談對象包括兩位滑雪相關協會秘書長和三位滑雪指導員。研界結果發現滑雪指導員縱使在休閒階段仍具備挑戰自我的心態,並且在參與過程中會對自我設立明確目標盡最大的努力去實踐,展現出如同認真休閒者般的精神與態度。在啟蒙期、熱衷期時因多為興趣導向,且未必萌生成為滑雪指導員之想法,故此階段其對於滑雪指導員的身份認同程度仍較低;在挑戰期會開始面臨工作上的挑戰與生活上的壓力,在外人眼中的勞動性工作成為了束縛的框架,藍領階級之身份也容易讓產生自我懷疑,但即便如此他們並未退縮,反而正是因為對滑指導員之角色有所期待而堅持,故在此階段開始形塑滑雪指導員對於自己身份認同;在蛻變期,縱使難免會遇挫折,但仍可透過不斷努力去突破,利用職人般的精神贏得他們的尊重,進而改善他人眼中的低下產業,透過自身的專業力量為該產業帶入創新與服務,故認同期是滑學指導員身份認同最強烈的階段。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to explore the process of ski instructor identity construction. This research method adopts the method of literature analysis and in-depth interview, and the interview subjects include two secretary generals of ski-related associations and three ski instructors. The results of the research community found that ski instructors still have the mentality to challenge themselves even in the leisure stage, and they will try their best to set clear goals for themselves during the participation process, showing the spirit and attitude of serious leisure people. During the enlightenment period and the passion period, they are mostly interest-oriented, and they may not have the idea of becoming a ski instructor. Therefore, their identity as a ski instructor is still low at this stage; in the challenge period, they will begin to face work challenges and life challenges. Pressure, labor work in the eyes of outsiders has become a frame of restraint, and the identity of the blue-collar class can easily lead to self-doubt, but even so, they did not shrink back, but persisted because of their expectations for the role of skating instructors. At this stage, ski instructors begin to shape their own identity; during the period of transformation, even though they will inevitably encounter setbacks, they can still make breakthroughs through continuous efforts, use their professional spirit to win their respect, and then improve the low industry in the eyes of others. Through its own professional strength, it brings innovation and services to the industry, so the identification period is the strongest stage for the identity of the skating instructor. | en_US |
