Abstract

本研究主要以人物具象繪畫創作表達對青少年學子們對未來夢想職業的關注。學生自我認識和未來職業選擇的重要性,並提供了一系列有關興趣、熱情、自我評估、職業目標和生涯規劃的建議。作者強調學生應該透過興趣探索、參與實際活動以及反思個人優勢和弱點,進一步了解自己,並尋找適合自己的職業道路。文章也提到使用自我評估工具,如性格測試和生涯決策自我效能測試,以幫助學生更全面地了解自己。最後,文章提及了國中階段的生涯輔導措施,包括技藝教育學程、生涯發展及適性輔導等,以引導學生進行有效的生涯規劃。學生在職業選擇中需要從自我認識的角度出發,了解自己的興趣、能力和價值觀,並透過自我評估工具來幫助做出更明智的選擇。同時,強調職業選擇是一個動態的過程,需要不斷調整和適應。家庭和教育的支持和資源分配對國中生的職業選擇有著深遠而持久的影響。透過建立正向心理能力和提供豐富的生涯資訊,家庭和教育能夠幫助學生更積極地探索和計畫未來,從而做出更符合個人興趣和目標的職業選擇。以三個部分分享了對追求夢想、青少年的祝福以及公仔收集行為的見解。作者鼓勵青少年對未來充滿勇氣追尋夢想,發現真正激動心靈的事物。對青少年,作者表達了真摯的祝福,希望他們在面對抉擇和挑戰時保持智慧和勇氣。最後,談到公仔收集是情感表現和社交建構的一部分,為生活帶來愉悅。本研究共分五章。第一章緒論,內容闡述研究動機與目的、研究範圍與限制、研究方法、名詞釋義。第二章有關國中生對未來的夢想的職業探討與透過人物藝術創作反映青少年現象。第三章介紹創作理念思維與形式技法。第四章詮釋筆者作品創作解析,共分為三個系列:一、花語-祝福系列 。二、石雕-幽默系列。三、公仔-勇氣系列。第五章結論,提出創作省思、未來展望。
This study primarily focuses on expressing the concerns of young students about their future career aspirations through the creation of figurative portraits. It emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and future career choices for students, providing a series of suggestions related to interests, passion, self-assessment, career goals, and career planning.The author highlights that students should explore their interests, engage in practical activities, and reflect on personal strengths and weaknesses to better understand themselves and find a suitable career path. The article also mentions the use of self-assessment tools such as personality tests and career decision self-efficacy tests to help students gain a comprehensive understanding of themselves. Lastly, the article discusses career guidance measures in junior high school, including technical education programs, career development, and aptitude counseling, to guide students in effective career planning.The study underscores that students need to approach career choices from a perspective of self-awareness, understanding their interests, abilities, and values, with the assistance of self-assessment tools for making informed decisions. Additionally, it emphasizes that career choices are a dynamic process that requires continuous adjustment and adaptation.The support and resource allocation from families and education have a profound and lasting impact on junior high school students' career choices. By building positive psychological abilities and providing rich career information, families and education can help students actively explore and plan for the future, making career choices that align with their personal interests and goals. The study is divided into five chapters. Chapter one introduces the research motivation and purpose, research scope and limitations, research methods, and terminology definitions. Chapter two discusses the career exploration of junior high school students' dreams for the future through figurative art creation reflecting adolescent phenomena. Chapter three introduces the creative thinking and formal techniques. Chapter four interprets the author's works, divided into three series: 1) Flower Language - Blessing Series, 2) Stone Carving - Humor Series, and 3) Dolls - Courage Series. Chapter five concludes by presenting reflections on the creative process and future prospects.
