dc.description.abstract人類智慧記錄逐漸以數位方式表達呈現,以網路方式出版、傳輸,學習資源的相貌改變至此,學習的方式也同樣逐漸從定點、定時的方式,改變為不定時、不定點,即所謂數位學習或彈性學習。此種學習方式不只影響教學活動之規畫與實施,並可能影響學習行為、改寫學習理論。更有甚者,學習成為新興經濟產業—數位學習產業,也衍生知分配和科技的社會建構等新問題。本文討論數位學習與圖書資訊學的關係、數位學習發展背景與現況、名詞定義,以及數位學習研究議題,包括數位學習技術標準面、數位學習產業面、數位學習品質面、數位學習科技社會建構面等,本文建議政及各教學機構重視並撰擬數位學習發展策略,作為發展數位學習之指導綱領。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThis paper depicts the concepts of e-Learning of which refers not only to electronic learning, online learning, distance learning, but also to everyday learning, everyone learning, everywhere learning, and the so called flexible learning. It analyzes the background of its development, delineates the current development, and illustrates possible research issues in terms of technical, quality and economical concerns. Strategies for developing e-learning in various levels, e.g. government, institutions and schools are suggested.en_US
