Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺北市高中教師人格特質與理財素養的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「臺北市高中教師人格特質與理財素養調質問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查研究。其研究母群體為臺北市高中教師,獲得有效問卷501分。調查所得資料以SPSS 12.0電腦統計套裝軟體進行描述統計、T考驗、單因子變異數分析與事後多重比較、皮爾森相關、典型相關等量化方法處理分析。根據資料分析結果,本研究之主要發現摘述如下:
一、臺北市高中教師在各項人格特質中以「嚴謹性」表現最明顯。
二、臺北市高中教師理財素養表現普通。以「保險與風險管理」向度表現最佳。
三、不同「年齡」、「教育程度」、「是否修習理財相關課程」、「是否曾有理財實務經驗」的臺北市高中教師,其理財素養有顯著差異。
四、臺北市高中教師理財素養中的「借貸與金融信用」向度,與人格特質的「外向性」向度,有顯著的負相關。
五、臺北市高中教師理財素養中的「借貸與金融信用」向度,與人格特質的「嚴謹性」向度,有顯著的正相關。
六、臺北市高中教師理財素養中的「保險與風險管理」向度,與人格特質的「親和性」與「神經質」兩向度,有顯著的正相關。
七、臺北市高中教師人格特質與理財素養之間存在典型相關。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between financial literacy and personality traits of senior high school teachers in Taipei City. This study adopted a questionnaire survey method and used the self-written “Survey Questionnaire on Personal Traits and Financial Literacy of Senior High School Teachers in Taipei City” as the tool of data collection. The target population was high school teachers in Taipei City and 501 valid samples in total were obtained. By ways of description statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation analysis computed through the SPSS 12.0 for Windows, the researcher analyzed the results of this study quantitatively. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1.The senior high school teachers in Taipei City, show significant personal traits with the highest satisfaction in “Conscientiousness.” 2.The senior high school teachers in Taipei City show the best financial literacy with the highest satisfaction in “ Insurance and Risk Management.” 3.The variance analysis of teachers’ personal traits shows that variables such as “age”, “education”, “Taking financial courses”, “Having practical financial experience”, have considerable differences in teachers financial literacy. 4.The result shows that a high negative correlation between “Debit and Finical Reliability” out of financial literacy and “Extraversion” out of personal traits. 5.The result shows that a high positive correlation between “Debit and Finical Reliability” out of financial literacy and “Conscientiousness.” out of personal traits. 6.The result shows that a high positive correlation between “Insurance and Risk Management.” out of financial literacy and “Agreeableness” and “Neuroticism” out of personal traits. 7.There is canonical correlation between the high school teachers’ personal traits and financial literacy in Taipei City.
