研究生規律運動行為相關因素之研究-PRECEDE-PROCEED Model之應用-
Abstract
本研究之主要目的是想了解研究生規律運動行為的現況,並應用PRECEDE-PROCEED Model為研究架構,探討規律運動行為相關因素。以北市某大學之碩士班研究生為母群體(運動與休閒學院除外),採機率比率抽樣法抽出樣本,利用結構式自填問卷方法進行資料收集,計得有效問卷336份。其重要結果歸納如下:
一、研究對象中有20.5%的人有規律運動行為,其規律運動項目主要為跑步、重量訓練(舉啞鈴、伏地挺身、仰臥起坐)及游泳。
二、在素質因素中,運動知識方面,屬於中等程度的了解;在規律運動態度方面,偏向正面的態度;在規律運動的自我效能方面,顯示其運動自我效能偏低。運動知識、運動自我效能與從事規律運動行為之間呈正相關。研究對象中,男性、自覺健康狀況愈好、運動知識得分愈高、運動自我效能愈高,規律運動行為的情形愈佳。
三、在使能因素方面,在居住地方的運動設備方面,平均有3.2種;在居住地區的運動場所方面,主要是學校球場、公園、學校田徑場;在運動場所的限制或規定方面,主要是以「有時段限制」、「需付費」、「需自備運動器材」。運動設備的數量、運動場所的數量、運動場所的限制與從事規律運動行為之間無相關。
四、在增強因素方面,平均只得到4.2個社會支持,顯示研究對象的運動社會支持偏低;研究對象主要社會支持來源是同事、同學、朋友。運動的社會支持與從事規律運動行為之間呈正相關,即運動社會支持愈多,規律運動行為的情形愈佳。
五、自覺健康狀況、運動知識、運動態度、運動自我效能、運動社會支持
及運動場所的限制為影響規律運動行為之重要因素,其中以社會支持對規律運動影響最大。
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the regular exercise behavior of graduate students, and apply PRECEDE-PROCEED model to explore regular exercise behavior and its determinants. By using a probabilities proportional to size method, 336 of valid samples were collected with a self-administrated questionnaires. The results indicated that: 1.20.5%of the subjects do regular exercise. The main types of exercise are running、weight training (dumbbells, a push-up; sit-ups) and swimming. 2.In the respect of Predisposing factors, the knowledge of exercise was 9.4;the attitude was 4.2;self-efficacy for exercise was 2.4. Regular exercise behavior was positive correlated with the knowledge of exercise and self-efficacy for exercise. The male of the subjects, the healthier they feel themselves, the more the knowledge of exercise and self-efficacy for exercise, the greater amount of regular exercise they will have. 3.For Enabling factors, they had 3.2 exercise equipment at their living place. Regular exercise behavior was not correlated with the amount of exercise equipment and limits of exercise environment. 4.For Reinforcing factors, the subjects' social support for exercise was low. Regular exercise behavior was positive correlated with the social support for exercise. The more social support for exercise, the greater amount of regular exercise they will have. 5.perceived health status, the knowledge of exercise, the attitude of exercise, self-efficacy for exercise, social support for exercise, and the limits of exercise environment residence were significant factors of regular exercise behavior, Of them, social support for exercise was the most important of regular exercise behavior.
