Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺北市高級職業學校組織變革對學校效能之影響,並依據研究結果提出建議,以供相關教育單位、高級職校人員與未來研究之參考。
本研究根據相關文獻發展出「高級職校組織變革現況量表問卷」與「高級職校學校效能量表問卷」,以為資料蒐集之工具,受試者包括臺北市高級職校校長、主任、組長、導師與專任教師,共618人,其中有效樣本541人,可用率98.7%。資料之處理與分析包括描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法。綜合文獻探討與調查研究結果,本研究的主要發現如下:
一、臺北市高級職校教師知覺組織變革與學校效能情形均為中上程度
二、臺北市高級職校不同背景教師對組織變革的認知有明顯的差異
三、臺北市高級職校不同背景教師對學校效能的認知有明顯的差異
四、臺北市高級職校「組織變革」各層面與「學校效能」各層面有中高度的正相關
五、臺北市高級職校「組織變革」對「學校效能」有顯著的預測力
根據研究結論,本研究分別對教育行政機關與高級職校行政人員提出參考建議。
The purposes of this study were to explore the relationships between organizational change and school effectiveness of vocational high schools in Taipei city. In order to answer the research questions, the survey research method was adopted to collect pertinent data. Based on the literature review, the “Questionnaire of Vocational High School Organizational Change ” and the “Questionnaire of Vocational High School Effectiveness” were developed. 618 subjects were randomly sampling from 17 schools in Taipei city, including principals, department deans, department assistant deans, homeroom teachers and non-homeroom teachers of vocational high school. 541 samples returned the questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 for Windows. According the literature review and the questionnaire research, some conclusions were inducted as follows: 1. The teachers of vocational high schools perceived an upper level on organizational change and school effectiveness. 2. The teachers of vocational high schools had different perception of organizational change in terms of demographic variables. 3. The teachers of vocational high schools had different perception of school effectiveness among different backgrounds. 4. There were positive significant correlations among all dimensions of organizational change and school effectiveness. 5. Organizational change had predicative efficacy for all the dimensions of school effectiveness. Based on the conclusions, several recommendations were made for the educational authorities concerned and vocational high schools’ administrators.
