跳繩運動訓練對弱視學生健康體適能之影響
摘要
本研究主要目的在探討跳繩運動訓練對弱視學生健康體適能影響,以16名國立台中啟明學校15-17歲弱視學生為對象,以隨機分派方式,分成實驗組8名與對照組8名。實驗組進行十週跳繩運動訓練,每週三天、每次50分鐘,運動強度為運動自覺量表(RPE) 輕鬆(11)至累(15)之間,而對照組進行一般正常活動。訓練前、後均施以健康體適能測驗,將測驗所得資料以相依樣本t考驗和共變數分析進行統計分析,所獲結果如下:(一)以相依樣本t考驗分析二組前、後差異,結果發現實驗組在柔軟度與心肺耐力達顯著差異(p<.05)。(二)二組經共變數分析比較,結果顯示實驗組在柔軟度和心肺耐力均有顯著進步(p<.05)。本研究結論:十週跳繩運動訓練對於弱視學生在柔軟度與心肺耐力有顯著改善效果。
Effect of Rope Jumping Training on the Health Related Physical Fitness of Students with Amblyopia Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of rope jumping training on the health related physical fitness of students with amblyopia. A total of 16 students with amblyopia of the National Taichung Special Education School for the Visually Impaired aged from 15 to 17 were recruited. By means of random assignment subjects were divided into the experimental and control group with each 8 members. The experimental group excepted rope jumping training conducted for 50 minutes, 3 times weekly for continually 10 weeks with exercise intensity estimated from rating of perceived exertion (RPE) range from 11 to 15 while the control group maintained the regular activities. All participants were examined with health related physical fitness before and after training. The analysis was conducted by dependent samples t-test and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) and the results were listed as below: (A) Dependent samples t-test was used to analyze the difference of both groups between pre- and post- training. There was significant difference between flexibility and aerobic capacity(p<.05). (B)Both groups showed significant differences between flexibility and aerobic capacity analyzed with ANCOVA (p<.05). Conclusion: Rope jumping training for 10 weeks had significant effect on the improvement of amblyopia students in flexibility and aerobic capacity.
