大專院校導師輔導策略與師生互動關係之個案研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討大專院校導師輔導策略與師生互動關係,研究問題包括:(一)個案學校目前導師輔導制度實施之現況為何?(二)影響個案學校導師輔導策略與師生互動之困難為何?(三)個案學校導師輔導策略與師生互動關係為何?本研究以個案研究法、半結構式訪談,透過立意取樣5位優良導師;過程遵循質性訪談倫理,並使用三角檢驗法、研究參與者檢驗、以及同儕檢視,增加研究信實度。研究結果如下:一、個案學校導師輔導制度和現況:(一)明訂導師輔導制度及辦法、提昇導師專業知能、強化良好師生互動,並善盡導師職責與角色。(二)輔導現況包括常見的個別和團體晤談,以及特殊策略如新生日記建立、財務援助和關注特殊需求學生。(三)對於已成年之學生仍給予學業、生活和職涯發展上建議與支持並無差別輔導,僅針對通知家長模式有所改變。二、影響個案學校導師輔導策略與師生互動之困難:(一)輔導結果未達預期,仍會產生無力感。(二)家庭環境、家長互動關係、學生學習意願低及行政支援不足導致輔導與互動面臨挑戰。(三)透過告知學校規則與理由、瞭解並尊重學生、提出其他可行方案及師長調整心態找到解決方法。三、個案學校導師輔導策略與師生互動關係:(一)重視學生正面的回饋。 (二)使用多元輔導模式與學生建立良好互動關係。 (三)用心關懷培養學生自主學習、獨立思考能力,使其順利,成為社會公民。 本研究根據上述研究結果,分別對於大專院校、導師業務承辦人與未來相關研究提出相關研究建議。
This study aims to investigate the counseling strategies and teacher-student interaction in mentorship programs at higher education institutions. The research questions include:(1) What is the current status of the implementation of the mentorship program at the selected institution?(2) What are the challenges influencing the counseling strategies and teacher-student interaction in the mentorship programs at the selected institution?(3) What are the counseling strategies and teacher-student interaction in the mentorship programs at the selected institution?This study employs a case study approach and semi-structured interviews, selecting purposively five exemplary mentors. The process adheres to qualitative interview ethics and utilizes triangulation, participant validation, and peer review to enhance research reliability. The results of the study are as follows:1.Case School Mentorship System and Current Status:(1) Establishing clear tutoring systems and methods, enhancing tutor professional competencies, strengthening positive teacher-student interactions, and fulfilling tutor responsibilities and roles effectively.(2) The current counseling situation includes common individual and group counseling sessions, as well as special strategies such as establishing freshman diaries, providing financial assistance, and paying attention to students with special needs.(3) For adult students, advice and support in academics, life, and career development are provided without discrimination in counseling, with the only change being in the mode of notifying parents.2.Difficulties Affecting Mentorship Strategies and Teacher-Student Interaction in the Case School:(1) When the results of counseling fall short of expectations, a sense of helplessness may still emerge.(2) Challenges in counseling and interaction arise due to family environment, parental interaction relationships, low student learning motivation, and insufficient administrative support.(3) By informing about school rules and their reasons, understanding and respecting students, suggesting alternative viable solutions, and teachers adjusting their mindset, solutions can be found.3.Mentorship Strategies and Teacher-Student Interaction in the Case School:(1) Valuing positive feedback from students.(2) Establishing a good interactive relationship with students through the use of diverse counseling models.(3) Carefully nurturing students to develop autonomous learning and independent thinking abilities, enabling them to smoothly transition into becoming responsible members of society.Based on the aforementioned research findings, specific research recommendations are proposed for higher education institutions, mentorship coordinators, and future relevant studies.
