高雄市國民中學教師服務學習實施現況之研究

Abstract

本研究主旨在以國民中學教師觀點瞭解高雄市國民中學推動服務學習實施現況之「意涵認知」、「實施情況」、「成效認知」三層面,並分析不同背景變項之高雄市國中教師在服務學習實施現況各層面之差異。 本研究以高雄市國民中學之教師為研究母群體,以分層叢集抽樣選取研究對象,共計發出600份問卷,經回收並篩選後共有 567 份有效問卷。 本研究依據文獻探討與問卷調查結果,歸納出以下之結論: 一、高雄市國中教師服務學習相關經驗描述性統計結果:求學時期有參與服務學 習過的教師人數比例較少,比例為35.6%,沒有參加過服務學習相關研習時 數的教師的人數比例最高佔73.3%,無志工經驗的人數比例較多佔56.0%, 66.1%的多數老師已經有實際的服務學習帶領經驗。 二、高雄市國民中學服務學習實施現況屬平均值以上,其中以「成效認知」層面 為最高。 三、不同職務之高雄市國中教師在服務學習實施現況之「意涵認知」、「實施情 況」、「成效認知」三層面有所不同。整體而言,專任教師較好,導師較差。 四、不同年資之高雄市國中教師在服務學習實施現況之「意涵認知」、「實施情 況」、「成效認知」三層面有所不同 。整體而言,年資「5年以下」表現較好, 「6-10年」較差。 五、不同服務學習相關經驗之高雄市國中教師在服務學習實施現況之「意涵認 知」、「實施情況」、「成效認知」三層面部分有所不同。整體而言,求學時期 有服務學習經驗者,有參與研習,有志工經驗,有帶領過服務學習皆較無經 驗者表現較佳。 六、不同學校規模的高雄市國民中學教師其在服務學習之「意涵認知」、「實 施情況」、「成效認知」三層面有所不同。整體而言,學校規模大之教師其表 現較佳。 七、不同學校區域的高雄市國民中學教師其在服務學習之「意涵認知」、 「成效認知」二層面有所不同。整體而言,原高雄市教師表現較原高雄縣教 師佳。
The purpose of this study is to understand the viewpoint of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung on promoting the current status of service learning. The three perspectives of current status of service learning are" Cognitive implications", "Implementation", and "Cognition". The study also aims to analyze the implementation differences in service learning between junior high school teachers with different backgrounds. A survey research design was applied to conduct the research. To obtain the desired samples, the researcher adopted stratified cluster sampling. The researcher received a total of 600 questionnaires,and 567 were valid. The major findings are listed as the following: 1.The descriptive statistics of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung on service learning experience. 2.The current status of service learning in junior high schools in Kaohsiung is above average,and the"Cognition" perspective is the highest among the three perspectives 3.Junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung have different opinions on the three perspectives of service learning. 4.Junior high school teachers with different seniorities have different opinions on the three perspectives of service learning. 5.Junior high school teachers with different service learning experiences have different opinions on the three perspectives of service learning. 6.Junior high school teachers in various school sizes have different opinions on the three perspectives of service learning. 7.Junior high school teachers from different school districs have different opinions on the "Cognitive implications" and "Cognition" perspectives of service learning.
