國中教師兼任童軍團長工作意願及影響因素之研究─以臺中市為例

dc.description.abstract | 本研究目的旨在瞭解臺中市國中教師兼任童軍團長之意願及其影響因素。探討對象為臺中市國民中學裡兼任童軍團長的教師,以研究者自編之「國中教師兼任童軍團長工作意願及影響因素問卷」及「國中教師兼任童軍團長工作意願及影響因素訪談大綱」為研究工具。 問卷方面以109年臺中市有進行童軍三項登記的公立國中裡兼任童軍團長的54位教師為研究對象,使用Linkert Type五點量表進行普查,有效回收率為96%,訪談方面以3位現職不同兼任職位的童軍團長為對象。 以描述性統計、Pearson積差相關進行問卷分析,訪談法獲得質性資料,得到以下研究結果: 1.目前兼任童軍團長的臺中市教師對兼任童軍團長的平均工作意願達符合到非常符合程度,以認同感構面得分最高。 2.各背景變項中工作意願得分最高的分別男性、46歲以上、帶團16年以上、團員33人以上、僅帶領男童軍團、專任教師、一般大學畢業曾修童軍相關課程、參加過童軍相關訓練。 3.影響教師兼任童軍團長工作意願的因素中以福利公平得分最高,自我成長次之,工作本身第三,人己關係最低。 4.教師兼任童軍團長的工作意願與自我成長相關性為中度正相關,福利公平、工作本身為低度負相關,人己關係為微弱相關。 5.臺中市教師兼任童軍團長工作意願影響因素背後原因為教師個人因素、相關單位支持、學生參加情形。 最後,本研究綜合以上內容及訪談結果提出幾點建議,以供主管機關、學校機關、兼任童軍團長的教師及後續相關研究之參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study was to investigate the willingness and influential factors of junior high school teachers in Taichung who serve as scoutmaster. A descriptive survey was design to collect the data and interview. The data collection had two sections. The first section was the questionnaires which recruited 54 scoutmasters in Taichung, and the effective response was 96.29 percent. The second section was the interview which selected three scoutmasters who work in different positions at schools in Taichung. The study adopted the descriptive statistics and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient to analyze the data. Based on the five-point Likert Scale, and the qualitative data analysis, the survey concluded: 1.The current situation of willingness to take scoutmaster positions in public junior high school of Taichung City was conform to teachers’ mind, among which “sense of identity” level was best. 2.Scoutmasters in Taichung City who were male, elder, experienced, had larger members, leading only boy scout, subject teachers, taken the correlated curriculum, participated in technical courses had a better result in questionnaires. 3.Among influential factors of willingness to take scoutmaster positions, “benefits and equitable” level was the best whereas “interpersonal relations” was the worst. 4.There was a moderate positive correlation between willingness to take scoutmaster positions and “self – improvement”, and a weak negative correlation between willingness to take scoutmaster positions and “benefits and equitable”, “the job factor”, minimal relationship between willingness to take scoutmaster positions and “interpersonal relations”. 5.The reason behind the influential factors was “personal reasons”, “support of coherent units”, “student’s participation”. According the results and the conclusion of this research, the suggestions were made to serve as reference to educational administrative organizations, school administration organization, teachers and future research. | en_US |
