地方知識實踐社群尋求地方特色推廣行動共識之研究

dc.description.abstract研究目的 本研究旨在瞭解「地方知識實踐社群」運用「KJ法」、「圖像式小組討論法」,分別尋求「地方特色共識」、「地方特色推廣行動共識」之主要歷程,及其對研究參與者的影響,並對未來「地方知識實踐社群」尋求行動共識,提出具體建議。 研究方法 本研究係以「單組個案研究」,探討運用「圖像式小組討論法」及「KJ」法如何能夠協助「地方知識實踐社群」,尋求「推廣地方特色行動」共識之歷程及達成影響。 研究發現與結論 藉由方案執行所蒐集的研究資料,對研究參與者的正、負向感受進行分析,研究者亦展開省思與檢討。歸納出本研究結論如下: 研究參與者及批判諍友皆對「KJ法」的討論實施給予正面評價,其正面感受主要為「促進討論參與感」、「增進彼此觀點的理解」、「討論效率」等3方面。負面感受則有「缺乏時間細緻討論」、「操作時不熟悉」的意見。 研究參與者及批判諍友皆對「圖像式小組討論」的討論實施給予正面評價,其正面感受主要為「二人小組的正向體驗」、「二人小組有助於全體討論開展」、「合理的時間配置有助於討論聚焦」、「取得高度認同的創意提案」等4方面。負面感受則有「共識的評斷依據不夠清楚」、「2人小組討論時可能偏離主題」、「強制每組要提出點子」的意見。 就整體方案的實施,得出3個面向的綜合省思與檢討: 方案操作合理性:充實事前導引;補強肢體及幽默的暖場示範,及討論心態與操作的技術導引。更完善討論方案構想;提出滿足3項討論目標:地方文化資源盤點,使命、願景的描繪,推廣行動的方案共識等方案構想。 合適的硬體條件:安排圓桌,或可輕易搬動之桌椅、及投影設備。 討論帶領者的檢討:帶領者能有效將操作簡單化,並領人進入討論情境。在流程、效率、重點掌握、營造信任及熱絡的討論氛圍等面向獲得正面評價。但在帶領討論的氣勢、及安排更充裕的討論時間則未獲得全面認可。 最後,依據研究結論對實務推動與未來研究提出具體建議,提供實務工作者及研究者未來推動、研究之參考。 研究價值/原創性 為我國「地方知識實踐社群」運用「KJ法」、「圖像式小組討論」等討論技術,尋求「地方特色行動共識」,提供一經驗研究之文獻。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractResearch PurposeThis study aims to investigate the main processes by which"local knowledge practice communities" use the "KJ method" and "Mapping Communication" to seek consensus on "local characteristics" and "action consensus for promoting local characteristics", as well as the impact of these methods on research participants. Additionally, it aims to provide specific suggestions for future "local knowledge practice communities" to seek action consensus. Research Method This study is an one-shot case study based on the theoretical foundation of "practical reflection" and leaning towards the " scientific and technical form of one-shot case study ". It explores how the use of "Mapping Communication" and the "KJ method" can assist "local knowledge practice communities" in seeking consensus on the process and effects of "action to promote local characteristics". Research of Research Findings and Conclusions Based on the research data collected through the implementation of the program, the researchers conducted an analysis of the positive and negative feelingsof the research participants and also engaged in reflection and review. The following conclusions were drawn from the study:KJ Method: Both research participants and criticism partner gave positive evaluations of the implementation of the"KJ method" discussion. Their positive feelings mainly focused on three aspects: "promoting participation in the discussion", "enhancing understanding of each other's perspectives", and "discussion efficiency". Negative feelings included opinions such as "lack of time for detailed discussion" and "unfamiliarity with the operation". Mapping Communication: Both research participants and criticism partner gave positive evaluations of the implementation of the "Mapping Communication" discussion. Their positive feelings mainly focused on four aspects:"positive experience of pairs", "pairs help to open up the whole group discussion", "reasonable time allocation helps to focus the discussion", and "highly recognized creative proposals". Negative feelings included opinions such as "the basis for evaluating consensus is not clear enough", "the discussion in pairs may deviate from the topic", and "forcing each group to come up with ideas". Overall Program Implementation: Three aspects of comprehensive reflection and review of the overall programimplementation were obtained:Reasonableness of program operation: Enrich the pre-guidance; supplement the warm-up demonstration of body language and humor, and the guidance of discussion mentality and operation techniques. Further refine the discussion program design; put forward the program design to meet the three discussion goals: inventory of local cultural resources, depiction of mission and vision, and program consensus on action to promote local characteristics.Suitable hardware conditions: Arrange round tables, or tables and chairs that can be easily moved, and projection equipment.Research Value/OriginalityThis study provides an empirical research literature on the use of discussion techniques such as the"KJ method" and "Mapping Communication" by "local knowledge practice communities" in Taiwan to seek "consensus on local characteristics".en_US
