社工人員參與專業繼續教育之相關影響因素研究

Abstract
為瞭解社福中心社工人員參與專業繼續教育之相關影響因素,本研究乃以台北縣市20個社福中心之社工人員為研究對象,再採用個人基本資料表、學習動機量表、學習阻礙量表等研究工具,獲取所需資料,再以多元迴歸分析、卡方分析、Pearson積差相關、邏輯迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,並根據上述研究結果加以討論,針對社福機構相關單位及未來研究二方面,提出建議,期望對後續研究及社福中心社工人員專業繼續教育有所貢獻,茲分述如下:
一、對社福機構相關單位的建議
1、社會福利機構提供完善的學習資訊管道
2、社會福利機構應提供持續性的學習督導服務制度
3、增進課程的實用性與多元性
4、社福機構應該鼓勵社工人員參與專業繼續教育,設置配套措施
5、社福機構應減少社工員外出上課的成本,並建立時數認證制度
Abstract In order to understand the related factors about the social worker join in continuing education ,the study adapt faculties in twenty social institutes in Taiwan with personal basic information, education motivation and learning balk evaluating table to get data. Then use Multiple Regression Analysis, Chi-square test, Pearson's Product moment cor-relation coefficient and Logistic Regression Analysis to be the data analysis statistics methods. And discuss according to the results above. The study suggests by related social institutes for help to further study and social institutes: I. Suggestions to social institutes 1、 Social institutes should provide the integrity learning channel. 2、 Social institutes should provide continuing council service. 3、 To further the multiple and practicality of course. 4、 Social institutes should to encourage worker to join in continuing education and have a complete set. 5、 Social institutes should reduce the cost of worker going outside to learning and establish hours evaluation system as soon as possible.
