基北區技術型高中餐飲管理科學生學習滿意度對生涯意向之影響研究

Abstract
技術型高中主要是透過技術職業教育,讓學生習得一技之長,除了滿足學生畢業即就業的工作技能外,也能滿足學生升學需求所需的知識,進而滿足其學習滿意度,所以本研究將結合計畫行為理論,藉此找出學生的生涯意向。本研究採問卷調查方式,並引用過往研究者所採用的問卷,在針對技術型高中餐飲管理科學生的特性進行問卷的修改,以符合研究主題,之後再透過預試分析結果建立正式問卷。本研究以111學年度目前正在就讀基北區技術型高中餐飲管理科三年級學生為正式問卷的調查對象,並採隨機抽樣法進行正式問卷發放,共回收461份正式問卷,有效正式問卷共453份,有效問卷率為98.26%。本研究結果如下:
(1)學習滿意度各構面對學習態度有顯著正向影響。
(2)學習滿意度在「教師教學」、「技術實習應用」、「課程學習期望」對主觀規範有顯著影響。
(3)學習滿意度在「教師教學」、「場地安排」、「課程學習期望」對知覺行為控制有顯著影響。
(4)學習滿意度在「技術實習應用」對升學就讀餐旅或非餐旅相關科系有顯著影響外,學習滿意度在「場地安排」、「課程學習期望」對就業從事非餐旅相關行業有顯著影響。
(5)學習態度對升學就讀餐旅或非餐旅相關科系有顯著影響。
(6)主觀規範對升學就讀餐旅或非餐旅相關科系有顯著影響。
(7)知覺行為控制對升學就讀餐旅或非餐旅相關科系有顯著影響。
本研究建議技術型高中餐飲管理科教師在教學課程的設計上,應更重視專業課程的教學內容並加入更多的實務技術,同時提高學校教師的整體素質,而學生也能透過校外實習的機會,更加了解餐飲工作的實際生態,進而讓技術型高中餐飲管理科學生朝向充分發揮潛能的生涯發展。
The technical High Schools is to help students learn professional skills to fulfill their needs for employment and advocate for students to learn multiple knowledge to benefit the requirements of continuing to study. The study thus is to discover the intentions of a student’s career by understanding the satisfaction of learning of the Food and Beverage management student through the Theories of Planned Behavior.This study investigated the third-year students currently enrolled in the food beverage management of technical high schools in the Keelung and Taipei area during the academic year 111. The research adopted a random sampling method to distribute formal questionnaires and a total of 461 standard questionnaires were collected. Among them, 453 were considered valid, resulting in an effective response rate of 98.26%.The research findings are as follows:(1) The various dimensions of learning satisfaction have a significant positive impact on learning attitudes.(2) Learning satisfaction significantly influences subjective norms in terms of"teacher instruction," "application of technical internships," and "expectations for course learning." (3) Learning satisfaction significantly affects perceived behavioral control in terms of "teacher instruction," "facility arrangements," and "expectations for course learning." (4) Besides the significant impact of learning satisfaction on choosing to pursue a Food and Beverage management or non- Food and Beverage management related discipline in higher education through the "application of technical internships," it also significantly influences employment in non- Food and Beverage management related industries through "facility arrangements" and "expectations for course learning." (5) Learning attitudes have a significant impact on choosing to pursue a Food and Beverage management or non- Food and Beverage management related discipline in higher education. (6) Subjective norms have a significant impact on choosing to pursue a Food and Beverage management or non- Food and Beverage management relateddiscipline in higher education.(7) Perceived behavioral control has a significant impact on choosing to pursue a Food and Beverage management or non- Food and Beverage management related discipline in higher education.Based on this study, it is recommended that teachers in technical high school Food and Beverage management programs place greater emphasis on the instructional content of professional courses and incorporate more practical techniques. Furthermore, efforts should be made to enhance the overall quality of teachers in schools. Students should also be provided with opportunities for off-campus internships to gain a better understanding of the actual dynamics of Food and Beverage management work, thus enabling them to develop their potential and pursue fulfilling careers in the Food and Beverage management field.
