國民小學校長知識領導、學習社群對學校創新經營效能影響之研究

Abstract

本研究第一年之目的旨在探討國民小學校長知識領導、學習社群與學校創新經營效 能之現況、差異相關及影響力;第二年之目的旨在以LISREL 結構方程模式驗證國民小 學校長知識領導、學習社群影響學校創新經營效能的關係模型是否成立,及利用質性研 究進一步探討四個指標型國民小學在推動校長知識領導、學習社群與學校創新經營效能 時遇到的問題與阻力,並彙集各校解決問題所採用的策略、方法、態度等。 為達成上述目的,本研究採用LISREL 統計方法、焦點團體座談、半結構式訪談及 參與觀察等方法,研究者自編國民小學校長知識領導、學習社群對學校創新經營效能影 響訪談大綱及焦點團體座談大綱各乙種,綜合會議結論及分析逐字稿,最後提出結論與 建議,作為改進國民小學校長知識領導、建構學習社群以提高學校創新經營效能之參考。 本研究目的(第二年),分述如下: 一、驗證國民小學校長知識領導與學習社群影響學校創新經營效能關係模型之適配 度。 二、選取四所高學校創新經營效能指標型之國民小學進行半結構式訪談,以探究國民 小學校長實施知識領導、發展學校社群的實際運作情形、方法、策略、成效、問 題解決策略與作法。 三、舉辦兩次焦點團體座談,瞭解主管教育行政機關、專家、學者、校長、主任、教 師等對國民小學校長實施知識領導、組織學習社群以提高學校創新經營效能的看 法及有關配套措施。 四、針對前列四所高學校創新經營效能指標型之國民小學行實地參與觀察,以探究國 民小學校長實施知識領導、發展學習社群的實際運作情形、方法、策略、成效、 問題解決策略與作法。 五、根據研究發現,提出具體結論和建議,以供國民小學校長改進知識領導、建構學 習社群,以提高學校創新經營效能之參考。
In the first year, the research was to explore the situations, difference ,correlation and influences of elementary school principal’s knowledge leadership, learning community and effectiveness of school innovation management. In the second year, the study is to confirm the relative models of elementary school principal’s knowledge leadership,learning community on effectiveness of school innovation management with LISREL Structural Equation Modeling.In addition,the researchers take Qualitative Research to explore the four index model elementary schools which met problems and resistance. Finally, the researchers collect the solutions, strategies, attitudes in every school. In order to the above purposes, this study adopts LISREL statistic method, foucus group interviews, semi-structured interviews, and participant observation, the researchers themselves make the outlines of foucus group interviews and semi-structured interviews about the impact of elementary school principal’s knowledge leadership, learning community and effectiveness of school innovation management.With the summary of results in focus group interviews and transcript analyses, the researchers offer the conclusions and suggestions to improve elementary school principal’s knowledge leadership, to construct learning community, and to enhance effectiveness of school innovation management in the future. The purposes of this study (in the second year )are as follows: 1.To confirm the fitness of the relative models about the impact of elementary school principal’s knowledge leadership, learning community on effectiveness of school innovation management. 2.To discover the practice operations, methods, strategies, outcomes and solutions of principals who carried out knowledge leadership, constructed learning community by choosing the four elementary schools which are the highest school innovation management effectiveness index model to be proceeded semi-structured interviews. 3.To understand the opinions and related accompanied measures of education administration organizations, scholar experts, principals, directors, and teachers on elementary school principals who carried out knowledge leadership, organized learning community to promote the effectiveness of school innovation management by holding three focus group interviews. 4.To explore the practice operations, methods, strategies, outcomes and solutions of principals who carried out knowledge leadership, developed learning community by participating and observing the four highest school innovation management effectiveness index model schools. 5.According to research findings,they are to offer concrete conclusions and suggestions for elementary school principals who can improve their knowledge leadership, construct learning community, and enhance the effectiveness of school innovation management.
