dc.description.abstract本文由機構與組織的面向探討改進教育與公共政策品質的途徑,有關研究應用(research utilization)的相關研究指出,決策界與研究界的連繫情況不理想,對兩方社群都會是一種損失,機構或組織取向的改進之道是加強兩者之間的連結,而以從事公共政策研究與影響為宗旨的智庫應是一個不錯的連結機制。本文透過文獻分析探討智庫的發展、類型、角色,影響政策的策略,並分析國內智庫發展情況,最後則分析及討論國內透過智庫改進教育政策制定品質的可能性。zh_tw
