特殊兒童母親母職實踐經驗與自我轉化歷程之敘說研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討特殊兒童母親之母職實踐經驗以及自我轉化歷程。以立意取樣的方式,從研究者曾經指導過之特殊兒童家長中,邀請二位特殊兒童的母親進行半結構式訪談。透過敘說研究的方法,以「整體—內容」與「類別—內容」模式進行資料分析。 其研究結果發現,特殊兒童母親的母職角色功能包含:(1)生活訓練;(2)醫療照護;(3)正向輔導;(4)心靈支持。特殊兒童母親母職角色的階段性意義包含:(1)罪惡與壓力的來源;(2)學習與成長的動力;(3)自我實現的助力。特殊兒童母親母職實踐之挑戰包含:(1)母親個人的挑戰;(2)特殊兒童的挑戰;(3)家庭的挑戰;(4)社會文化觀點的挑戰。特殊兒童母親的自我轉化歷程包含:(1)初始狀態;(2)衝擊與促發;(3)覺察與更新;(4)承諾與行動;(5)成長與蛻變。影響自我轉化的相關因素包含:(1)內在資源;(2)外在資源。歸納特殊兒童母親自我轉化之意義及對自我價值之影響為:(1)自我轉化消弭了痛苦;(2)自我轉化中發現個人存在;(3)自我轉化促發自我價值的提升。 最後針對上述研究之結果,說明本研究之限制及結論,並提出相關建議以供特殊兒童母親、相關單位、及後續研究參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to explore the mothering experience and self-transformation of children with disabilities. By using the purposive sampling method, two mothers who are raising disability children were invited to participate in semi-structured interviews. According to the narrative research, the data was analyzed in a content-holistic method and content-category method. Results of this study showed that the functions of mothering disability children included: (1) life training; (2) medical care; (3) positive counseling; (4) spiritual support. The significance of mothering disability children included: (1) the source of guilt and stress; (2) the motivation for learning and growth; (3) the power of self-actualization. The challenges of mothering disability children included: (1) challenges from mothers; (2) challenges from disability children; (3) challenges from families; (4) challenges from sociocultural perspective. The process of self-transformation for mothers who are raising disability children included: (1) the initial state; (2) shock and initiation; (3) awareness and renewal; (4) commitment and action; (5) growth and transformation. The relevant factors of self-transformation for mothering disability children were: (1) internal resources; (2) external resources. The significance of self-transformation and its impact on self-esteem for mothering disability children were summarized as follows: (1) self-transformation eliminates pain; (2) self-discovery during self-transformation; (3) self-transformation promotes the improvement of self-esteem. Finally, based on the results of this study, the researcher provides suggestions to mothers who are raising disability children, related organizations, and future research.en_US
