Abstract
在科技發達的時代,人們為了停車需求提供各式各樣的服務,也提出不同的解決辦法,但大部分未針對以使用者為優先的停車系統去做設計,而導致使用者對於產品的使用意願低落,使停車耗費資源的問題依然存在。根據研究顯示在駕駛行駛在道路上時需避免視線的轉移以及花時間在取得訊息,或是對於介面上之訊息理解的時間過長,都可能導致駕駛在道路上的危險。本研究認為將未來的5G車聯網技術整合至停車輔助系統並給予使用者良好、快速的停車體驗是值得深入探討的。本研究採用「文獻探討」、「案例分析」、「問卷調查法」建立研究架構,首先探討車聯網結合於停車輔助系統之應用範圍,並整理人機互動與介面設計之原則,提供後續介面設計及操作流程的基礎,而後將市面上之停車輔助相關的應用程式案例作分析與調查,以了解使用者重視之方向,並針對駕駛情境與使用者痛點作分析,藉以優化使用流程,研究結果則運用上述歸納分析所得之結果進行本研究之創作設計,提供未來發展相關停車系統之參考。
In the era of technological development, people provide various services for parking needs and propose different solutions. However, most of them do not design parking systems with the user as a priority, which leads to a low willingness of users to use the products and the problem of resource consumption in parking still exists. According to research, avoiding visual distractions and spending time obtaining information or understanding messages on the interface while driving can be dangerous. This research believes that integrating future 5G vehicle-to-vehicle technology into parking assistance systems to provide users with a good and fast parking experience is worth exploring. This study uses"literature review", "case analysis", and "questionnaire survey" to establish a research framework. Firstly, the application scope of combining the Internet of Vehicles in parking assistance systems is explored, and the principles of human-computer interaction and interface design are summarized to provide a foundation for subsequent interface design and operation processes. Then, the analysis and investigation of parking assistance-related application cases on the market are conducted to understand the direction that users value, and analyze the driving situation and user pain points to optimize the use process. The research results then apply the conclusions obtained from the above deductive analysis to the creative design of this study, providing reference for future development of relevant parking systems.
