國小兼任行政職務教師之復原力與創新教學行為之關聯性研究-以創意人格特質為中介變項

Abstract
本研究旨在探討不同變項的國小兼任行政職務教師在復原力、創意人格特質以及創新教學行為的現況與差異,同時了解復原力對創新教學行為的預測力以及創意人格特質的中介效果。本研究以全國111學年度國小兼任行政職務教師為研究對象,並採用線上問卷實施問卷調查法,問卷內容包含教師個人背景資料、復原力量表、開放性人格特質量表以及教師創新教學問卷。回收問卷後,採用SPSS23進行分析,並整理出以下研究結論:一、國小兼任行政職務教師之復原力、創意人格特質以及創新教學行為之現況為中高程度。二、背景變項中的「年資」對國小兼任行政職務教師之復原力與創意人格特質有顯著影響。三、背景變項中的「教育程度」對國小兼任行政職務教師之復原力、創意人格特質以及創新教學行為有顯著影響。四、國小兼任行政職務教師之復原力、創意人格特質以及創新教學行為都有顯著相關性。五、國小兼任行政職務教師之復原力對其創新教學行為具有預測力。六、國小兼任行政職務教師之創意人格特質對復原力與創新教學行為具有部分中介效果。最後根據研究結果,分別針對國小兼任行政教師所處之現場及未來研究給予相關建議,以提供相關專業人員在教育及學術上可作為參考。
The study is to explore the differences between elementary school teachers with administrative position in resiliency, creative personality and teaching innovation. Also confirming the resiliency is a positive determinant of teaching innovation and the creative personality is a Mediator between the resiliency and teaching innovation. The study subjects are the elementary school teachers with administrative position in the 111th academic year. The questionnaire is distributed on the Internet. It is included teachers’ personal background information, resilience scale, openness personality scale and teacher innovation scale.After collecting the questionnaire, we use SPSS23 to analyze and sort out the following research conclusions:(1) The resilience, creative personality and teacher innovation of the elementary school teachers with administrative position are upper-intermediate level. (2) The elementary school teachers with administrative position are impacted by the the"seniority" in resiliency and creative personality. (3) The elementary school teachers with administrative position are impacted by the the " educational qualifications" in resiliency, creative personality and teaching innovation. (4) There is a significant correlation among the resiliency, creative personality and teaching innovation of the elementary school teachers with administrative position. (5) The resiliency is a positive determinant of teaching innovation. (6) The creative personality is a partial mediator between the resiliency and teaching innovation.Based on the results of this study, make some specific suggestions for the future research and the education of teaching.
