知識管理在臺北市高中職學校應用現況之研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在瞭解知識管理在臺北市高中職學校應用之現況,並分析個人背景變項與學校環境變項在知識管理及其各分層面的差異情形。首先經由蒐集相關資料、文獻探討分析、問卷初稿預試及統計分析,編製完成「臺北市高中職學校知識管理應用現況」問卷。再透過樣本抽樣,問卷施測,獲得相關資料,並將調查所得之資料,經過統計及分析後,做成結論並提出建議,以提供主管教育行政機關、高中職學校及後續研究之參考。 本研究以臺北市高中職學校行政人員及教師為研究對象,共發出問卷600份實施調查,回收之有效問卷共433份,依研究假設,採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(One Way ANOVA)等方法進行統計分析,再將分析結果予以統整歸納,獲得以下結論: 一、臺北市高中職學校的知識管理應用現況符合知識管理及其各分層面之程度為中間偏高,已具知識管理雛形。而就十個分層面而言,知識中心分層面的符合程度最高,其次為文化/結構分層面,最低的是科技基本設施分層面。 二、臺北市高中職學校行政人員及教師之個人背景變項中,對所知覺的學校知識管理現況,達顯著差異的有任教科目與現任職務等二個變項。現任職務為處室主任或秘書者比導師或專任教師所知覺的學校知識管理應用現況符合知識管理的程度較高;任教科目為工業類專業科目者及家事、農業、藝術等專業科目者比商業類專業科目者所知覺的學校知識管理應用現況符合知識管理的程度較高。 三、臺北市高中職學校的學校環境變項中,學校知識管理應用現況達顯著差異的有學校性質、學校規模與學校校齡等三個變項。在學校性質上,公立學校之知識管理應用現況符合知識管理的程度較高;在學校規模上,51至60班的學校,其知識管理應用現況符合知識管理的程度較高;在學校校齡上,11至20年及21至30年的學校,其知識管理應用現況符合知識管理的程度較高。 最後根據研究發現及結論,分別對主管教育行政機關、高中職學校以及後續研究等三方面提出建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to understand the current Knowledge Management performance in senior and vocational high schools in Taipei. Furthermore, to analyze the variables of personal backgrounds and school environments how there difference in the Knowledge Management and its related sub-aspects. First, by means of data collection, literature exploration and analysis, and tryout and statistical analysis, a questionnaire named “Current Knowledge Management performance in senior and vocational high schools in Taipei” has been designed. Next, through sampling and questionnaire filling, related data are acquired and then statistically analyzed. Finally, conclusions are drawn and suggestions are rendered as references for schools, education administrations, and potential subsequent researches. The survey sampling of this study are teachers and administrators in senior and vocational high schools in Taipei. The 600 copies of the questionnaire were sent out , but only 433 questionnaires returned provided valid data. According to the research hypotheses, statistic methods such as frequency distribution, percentile rank, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, were used all data have been integrated and synthesized into the following conclusions. 1. The degree how current Knowledge Management performance in senior and vocational high schools in Taipei conform to Knowledge Management is a little above average. To this point we can say that Knowledge Management has reached rudimentary stage. Within its ten sub-aspects, the highest degree of conformity is “knowledge hubs and centers,” next is “culture /structure,” and the lowest is “technological infrastructure.” 2. Of all the personal background variables of the administrators and teachers, there are two variables, the official post and the subject taught, reaching significant statistic difference, which means: (1) Office directors or secretaries feel their current Knowledge Management performance of school more conform to Knowledge Management than those who are tutors or regular teachers. (2) Teachers who teach industry, home economics, agriculture and art feel their current Knowledge Management performance of school more conform to Knowledge Management than those who teach commerce. 3. Of all the school environment variables, there are three variables, school type, school size and school age, reaching significant statistic difference, which means: (1) The current Knowledge Management performance of public schools are more in accordance with Knowledge Management than those of private schools. (2) The current Knowledge Management performance of schools which contain 51 to 60 classes are more in accordance with Knowledge Management than those of the other schools. (3) The current Knowledge Management performance of schools whose ages are 11 to 20 and 21 to 30 are more in accordance with Knowledge Management than those of the other schools. Finally, according to the findings and conclusions, this research provides some suggestions for education administrations, senior and vocational high schools, and potential subsequent researches.en_US
