高職學校綜合職能科教師負向情緒調適預期與憂鬱情緒之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討高職學校綜合職能科教師「負向情緒調適預期」與「憂鬱情緒」二變項之現況及相關情形,並透過負向情緒調適預期變項預測憂鬱情緒。本研究採問卷調查法,共發出300份問卷,回收274份問卷,有效問卷219份,回收率91.3%,有效問卷回收率為77.7%,並以SPSS 13.0進行資料分析,以描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析,進行統計考驗,主要結論如下:(1)高職學校綜合職能科教師具備高程度之「負向情緒調適預期」能力。(2)高職學校綜合職能科教師的憂鬱情緒為中低程度。(3)高職學校綜合職能科教師的「負向情緒調適預期」與「憂鬱情緒」呈負相關。(4)「一般性調適」能作為預測高職學校綜合職能科教師「憂鬱情緒」之參考變項。
The purpose of this study was to understand the circumstances and correlations among Expectancies for Negative Mood Regulation and Depressive Mood of teachers in the department of special education in vocational high schools, afterward, to predict the Depressive Mood through Expectancies for Negative Mood Regulation. This study adopted the investigation method of the questionnaire. We make investigation questionnaire to send 300 teachers in different vocational high schools with special departments. Thereafter, the actually returned questionnaires were 274 copies while 219 copies were effective. The returned ratio was 91.3%, and the effective returned ratio was 77.7%. The statistical techniques applied were descriptive statistic method; the data of the questionnaires was analyzed by the SPSS for Windows 13.0 to perform t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Stepwise regression analyses. The major results can be arranged as follows: (1) The teachers' ability of Expectancies for Negative Mood Regulation in special department in vocational high schools was significantly higher than acceptable level. (2) The level of the teachers' Depressive Mood in the departments of special education in vocational high schools was lower middle. (3) There was a negative linear relationship between Expectancies for Negative Mood Regulation and depressive Mood in the department of special education teachers in vocational high school. (4) General regulation, as a predicted variable can effectively predict the teachers' Depressive Mood in the departments of special education in vocational high school.
