Abstract
臺灣與日本地緣相近,無論在觀光旅遊、教育或文化層面,都有頻繁的交流,其中,臺灣的旅遊文化與學習環境,對日本人來說具有相當的吸引力,許多日籍學習者對於學習華語和臺灣旅遊有興趣,足見旅遊華語極具發展潛力。本研究目標為針對初中級日籍學習者編寫臺灣旅遊華語教材,透過文獻回顧,整理並分析臺灣旅遊華語的教材與研究現況,以此作為建立旅遊華語教材編寫原則與設計教材的基礎。本研究以日籍華語學習者為對象進行需求調查,旨在了解學習者對於旅遊華語教材的需求,並調查學習者對於教材編排的喜好,包括有興趣的景點、旅遊情境、版面、生詞、課文與 練習題的呈現方式等。接著,本研究根據需求調查的結果,以臺灣大臺北地區的景點為主軸,設計教材大綱與一課完整範例,最後經由日籍學習者評估教材,得到正向評價,說明本教材符合學習者對於旅遊華語的需求,並具有發展的可行性。本研究建立旅遊華語教材編寫原則,針對初中級日籍學習者設計教材範例,並提出結論與建議,期望能對未來臺灣旅遊華語教材的發展有所助益。
Taiwan and Japan are close, both geographically and in terms of tourism, education and culture. Tourism culture and the learning environment of Taiwan are considerably attractive to Japanese; many Japanese learners are interested in learning Chinese and traveling in Taiwan, which shows the potential development of learning Chinese for tourism.The purpose of this study is to compile a Chinese textbook for tourism in Taiwan for Japanese beginning-intermediate learners. Based on the literature review related to Chinese textbooks for tourism in Taiwan, the study established the principles of designing a textbook for tourism, with the textbook being designed on a basis of the analysis. A survey was conducted on Japanese learners of Chinese to understand their needs and preferences for a Chinese textbook for tourism, including tourist spots, travel contexts, layout, vocabulary, texts and exercises. Based on the results of the survey, the curriculum and a lesson were designed, covering areas of interest in the Taipei Metro Area of Taiwan. Finally, the textbook was evaluated by Japanese learners and the results showed high regard for the textbook, indicating that it meets the needs of learners for tourism Chinese, showing the feasibility of further development.This study established the principles of designing Chinese textbooks for tourism as well as the example of a textbook for beginning-intermediate Japanese learners. It is hoped that it can contribute to the development of Chinese textbooks for tourism in Taiwan in the future through its conclusions and suggestions.
