大台北地區國中生人際衝突因應策略、學習態度與學校生活適應之相關研究

dc.description.abstract為了解國中生之人際衝突因應策略、學習態度與學校生活適應之間的關係,以大台北地區之公立國中生674人為研究對象,以人際互動量表、青少年學習態度量表及國中生學校生活適應量表等研究工具獲得所需資料,再以描述性統計、多變量變異數分析、積差相關以及典型相關等統計方法進行分析。結果發現: 一、國中生在因應人際衝突時,最常使用「協調策略」,其次為「逃避策略」、「忍讓策略」,最後為「競爭策略」。 二、國中生在人際衝突因應策略、學習態度、學校生活適應各分層面上部分具有性別及年級差異。 三、國中生人際衝突因應策略各分層面與學校生活適應部份具有顯著相關。 四、國中生學習態度與學校生活適應具有顯著相關。 五、國中生人際衝突因應策略各分層面對學校生活適應能具有典型預測力7.19%。 六、國中生的學習態度各分層面對學校生活適應能具有典型預測力23.84%。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論並提出建議,以作為實務工作者及未來研究者之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe main purposes of this study were to investigate the relationships among junior high school students’ interpersonal conflict coping strategies, learing attitudes and school life adjustment. Methodologically, the study employed a questionnaire survey. The participants were 674 junior high school students in Taipei Metropolitan Area. Instruments used in this study included: Interpersonal Interaction Scale, Adolescence Learning Attitude Scale, and Junior High School Students School Life Adjustment Scale. The data was statistically analyzed with descriptive statistics, MANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The following are the findings of this study: 1.In the order of junior high school students’ most common cope their interpersonal conflicts, they are coordinationstrategy, avoidance strategy, accommodative strategy and competitive strategy. 2.There were significant differences in some parts of interpersonal conflict coping strategies, learing attitudes and school life adjustment with different junior high school students’ genders and grades. 3.There was a significant relation between some parts of junior high school students’ interpersonal conflict coping strategies and school life adjustment. 4.There was a significant correlation between junior high school students’ learing attitudes and school life adjustment. 5.Junior high school students’ interpersonal conflict coping strategies can significant predict 7.19% of the variation in junior high school life adjustment. 6.Junior high school students’ learing attitudes can significant predict 23.84% of the variation in junior high school life adjustment. Finally, based on the results and analysis of this study, we made recommendations to school administrant, teachers and the future researchers.en_US
