Abstract

此研究目的在探討教保服務人員創意自我效能與創意教學行為之差異與關係研究,兼探討工作壓力的調節效果,並暸解創意自我效能對創意教學行為是否具有預測力。本研究以有立案之公私立幼兒園共263位教保服務人員為研究對象,不包含專任園長、專任園主任、實習教師,研究方法以問卷調查法進行資料搜集,採描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、多元逐步、階層迴歸分析進行資料處例與研究假設的驗證。研究結果如下:一、目前教保服務人員在創意自我效能與創意教學行為呈現高等程度之表現,而工作壓力則呈現中等程度之表現。二、不同背景變項的教保服務人員,不管是在創意自我效能,還是創意教學行為,亦或是工作壓力方面,皆無顯著差異。三、教保服務人員之創意自我效能對創意教學行為具有預測力。四、教保服務人員之工作壓力在創意自我效能與創意教學行為之差異與關係間,不具有調節效果。最後,根據研究結果對於教育相關、未來研究等方面提出建議,提供後續研究作為參考。
This study aims to explore the differences and relationship between preschool teachers' creative self-efficacy and creative teaching behaviors. Additionally, it investigates the moderating effects of work pressure and examines whether creative self-efficacy can predict creative teaching behaviors. This study focused on 263 preschool teachers from registered public and private preschools, excluding full-time principals, vice principals, and intern teachers. The research employed a questionnaire survey method for data collection, utilizing descriptive statistics, independent samplet-tests, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple stepwise, and hierarchical regression analysis to process the data and validate the research hypotheses. The findings are presented as follows:1.Currently, preschool teachers exhibit a high level of performance in both creative self-efficacy and creative teaching behaviors, while work pressure shows a moderate level of performance.2.Preschool teachers with different background variables show no significant differences, whether in creative self-efficacy, creative teaching behaviors, or work pressure.3.Creative self-efficacy among preschool teachers has predictive power for creative teaching behaviors.4.Work pressure among preschool teachers does not have a moderating effect on the impact of creative self-efficacy on creative teaching behaviors. Finally, based on the research findings, recommendations are proposed for the field of education and suggestions for future research are provided. These recommendations aim to serve as valuable insights for subsequent studies in this area.
