空中大學學生資訊素養與學習滿意度關係之研究

dc.description.abstract | 摘 要 本研究旨在探討國立空中大學學生資訊素養及其學習滿意度之關係,主要目的有下列七項:(一) 探討國立空中大學學生資訊素養之現況;(二) 探討國立空中大學學生學習滿意度之現況;(三) 探討國立空中大學學生資訊素養的差異情形;(四) 探討國立空中大學學生學習滿意度的差異情形;(五) 探討國立空中大學學生資訊素養與學習滿意度的關係;(六) 探討國立空中大學學生之資訊素養對其學習滿意度是否具有預測力;(七) 依據研究結果,提出具體建議提供相關單位及人員之參考。 本研究採用問卷調查法進行實證研究,調查工具為「空中大學學生資訊素養量表」及「空中大學學生學習滿意度量表」,以便利取樣法抽取國立空中大學2,027名學生為研究對象,其中有效樣本數872人,可用率41.95%。以SPSS for windows 12.0 版套裝軟體為統計分析工具,分別以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。 主要研究結果分述如下: 一、國立空中大學學生資訊素養得分整體而言屬中上程度,其中以資訊之倫理法律議題層面得分最高,取得資訊層面得分最低。 二、國立空中大學學生學習滿意度得分整體而言屬中上程度,其中以學習收益層面得分最高,人際互動層面得分最低。 三、不同性別、年齡、學習指導中心的國立空中大學學生資訊素養有差異。 四、不同年齡、就讀年數的國立空中大學學生學習滿意度有差異。 五、國立空中大學學生資訊素養與其學習滿意度呈現正相關。 六、國立空中大學學生資訊素養對其學習滿意度有預測力。 依據文獻研究與研究結果,對國立空中大學提出下列建議: 一、全面評鑑學生資訊素養。 二、開設資訊素養網路化課程。 三、全面評鑑學生學習滿意度。 四、加強教學中的人際互動。 五、強化學習支持系統功能。 六、與其他教育機構組成策略聯盟。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACTS The purposes of this study were: (1) to explore the students’ information literacy of National Open University; (2) to explore the students’ learning satisfaction of National Open University; (3) to probe the variance of information literacy among the students; (4) to probe the variance of learning satisfaction among the students; (5) to understand the relationship between students’ information literacy and learning satisfaction; (6) to explore if students’ information literacy has predictive efficacy to their learning satisfaction; (7) to make some suggestions to National Open University. The investigation method was adopted to collect data. Two scales were used as instruments─”Questionnaire of students’ information literacy of National Open University” and ”Questionnaire of students’ learning satisfaction of National Open University”. A convenience sample of 2,027 students were chosen from Taipei Learning Center and Taipei II Learning Center of National Open University. 872 parts were effective and the percentage was 41.95%. SPSS for windows 12.0 software package was used for data analyzing. Major statistics analytical methods used were: descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regression. Major conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The level of students’ information literacy was fair. 2. The level of students’ learning satisfaction was fair. 3. The level of students’ informationliteracy was different among their background variables. 4. The level of students’ learning satisfaction was different among their background variables 5. Students’ information literacy was correlated with their learning satisfaction. 6. Students’ information literacy has predictive efficacy to their learning satisfaction. The suggestions for National Open University were as follows: 1. Evaluate total students’ information literacy. 2. Provide web-based information literacy courses to the students. 3. Evaluate total students’ learning satisfaction. 4. Enhance interpersonal interaction in teaching. 5. Strengthen the function of support systems. 6. Form strategic alliances with other educational institutions. | en_US |
