dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討國中教師專業學習社群的成立、運作、支持性、策略及效益,並以跨校性的星平臺為個案進行研究。 本研究採取個別訪談及文件分析法蒐集資料,邀請「星平臺」總召及「星平臺」社群的領域召集人,共計5位教師進行訪談。根據研究結果,本研究獲得以下結論: 一、星平臺成立目的為促進跨校教師分享共學,以更有效地協助學生學習。 二、星平臺的運作藉由辦理教師研習與工作坊、善用實體與線上社群、連結 各地教師及培訓新講師等,以促進教師自主學習及成長。 三、政府機關與教師夥伴為支持星平臺運作的主要來源。 四、星平臺的主要經營策略包括設定年度可達成的目標連結具專業素養的教 師,以回應社群成員的專業學習需求。 五、星平臺的效益展現在促進多元社群發展、鼓勵教師課堂實踐,進而增進 學生學習投入與表現。 依據上述研究結論提出有關教師專業學習社群之相關建議,提供對教育機關、學校、社群領導者、教師作為後續的研究參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on the professional learning communities of Junior High School Teachers. First, the study explores the purpose and operation of the “Stars platform”. It then aims to understand the operation of the “Stars Platform” communities and the strategies of the convenors in community areas to respond to difficult situations. Finally, it explores the classroom practice of sharing of participating communities’ lecturers. This study takes individual interviews, observation records, reflective journals, and other collected information. A total of 5 Teachers, including 1 “Stars platform” General Coordinator and 4 “Stars Platform” Community Field Organizers were interviewed for the discussion of the “Stars Platform” call of the establishment of motivation, operation history, and strategies to respond to the difficult situations. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions are drawn from this study: First, the Star Platform was established to promote cross-school teachers to share learning, in order to more effectively assist students to learn. Second, the operation of the Star Platform can promote teachers’ independent learning and growth by handling teachers’ workshops, using entities and online communities, connecting teachers from all over the world and training new lecturers. Third, government agencies and teachers’ partners are the main sources of support for the operation of the Star Platform. Fourth, the main business strategy of the Star Platform includes setting annual targets to connect professional teachers to respond to the professional learning needs of members of the community. Fifth, the benefits of the Star Platform are demonstrated in promoting the development of diverse communities and encouraging teachers’ classroom practice, thus enhancing students’ learning input and performance. Based on the above-mentioned research conclusions, the relevant suggestions of the professional learning communities of teachers are put forward, and the research reference is provided to educational institutions, schools, communities leaders and teachers as follow-up research references.en_US
