Abstract
本研究旨在探討我國技專校院航空機械系學生之學習動機取向及學習滿意度,其具體目的包括瞭解我國技專校院航空機械系學生學習動機取向為何、瞭解我國技專校院航空機械系學生學習滿意度之情形,並探討不同背景變項技專校院航空機械系學生學習動機、學習滿意度之關係,最後根據研究發現提出具體建議,以作為相關單位參考依據。
為達到上述研究目的,本研究採用文獻分析與問卷調查法。首先,蒐集整理國內外之相關研究與文獻,陳述我國航空機械系之發展現況;剖析學生之學習動機、學習滿意度的意義、理論與層面,作為本研究之理論基礎與實證研究之架構。再依據文獻資料、相關實證研究及參考國內外類似量表,發展成「我國技專校院航空機械系學生學習動機、學習滿意度調查問卷」,自兩所技專校院航空機械系中普查進行問卷調查,經專家會議修正問卷及正式問卷的施測後,將蒐集所得問卷資料利用統計方法加以分析,最後根據研究結果及討論,歸納出研究發現與結論,並提出建議。
根據本研究發現,1.我國技專校院航空機械系學生對學習動機取向認同度普遍為高,且以「自我發展」取向為最強;2.我國技專校院航空機械系學生對於學習滿意度評價頗高,其中以「教師教學」為最高;3. 學習動機與學習滿意度取向會因背景變項不同,各呈現差異上之有無;4.我國技專校院航空機械系學生學習動機取向愈高則學習滿意度愈高。
同時,研究者根據研究結果,亦對航空機械系課程設計、學習環境、就業輔導及後續研究者分別提出建議,以供改進教學及後續研究之參考。
This study aims to investigate the learning motivation and learning satisfaction degree of student’s of aviation mechanical engineering through literature analysis and questionnaires and then, to understand the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction degree in different background variables. It is hoped that the result of the study can serve as worth-noticing information to the authorities concerned. Two aviation mechanical engineerings were selected as subjects for questionnaires. Data were collected through statistics analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. The student’s of aviation mechanical engineeringare highly motivated on the self-efficacy is the top factor. 2. The evaluation of learning satisfaction on student’s of aviation mechanical engineering are commonly high, especially the evaluation toward their teachers’ instruction. 3. The learning motivation degree of the students’ of the aviation mechanical engineering difference among the following students’ background variance,. 4. The learning satisfaction degree of the students’ of the aviation mechanical engineering difference among the following students’ background variance. 5. The higher learning motivation the student’s have, the higher satisfaction degree they perceive in their learning.
