dc.description.abstract本研究的主要目的探討世界咖啡館對創造力及團隊凝聚力之影響,以了解世界咖啡館實施後,員工的創造力及團隊凝聚力是否有顯著提升。 本研究採準實驗研究法,以新北市鶯歌區某陶磁公司之組織員工作為研究對象,實驗組15人,控制組15人。研究工具採用團隊凝聚力量表及新編創造思考測驗進行量化分析。研究獲得的結果如下: 一、實驗組實施世界咖啡館後在「新編創造思考測驗」的「總測驗」、「變通力」、「獨創力」顯著優於控制組。 二、實驗組在「新編創造思考測驗」的「總測驗」、「流暢力」「變通力」、「獨創力」、「精進力」之前後測的得分有顯著差異。 三、實驗組進行世界咖啡館後在「團隊凝聚力量表」的「總量表」、「認同參與分量表」、「人際親和分量表」及「團隊合作分量表」之得分顯著優於控制組。 四、實驗組在「團隊凝聚力量表」的「總量表」、「認同參與分量表」、「人際親和分量表」及「團隊合作分量表」之前後測的得分有顯著差異。 根據本研究有以下四點結論: 一、「世界咖啡館」能提升組織員工的整體創造力表現。 二、「世界咖啡館」能提升組織員工的流暢力、變通力、獨創力。 三、「世界咖啡館」未能顯著提升組織員工的精進力。 四、「世界咖啡館」能提升組織員工的認同參與、人際親和及團隊合作。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the World Cafe on creativity and team cohesion.To understand the implementation of the World Cafe, the enterprise staff's creativity and team cohesion has improved significantly. In this study, the experimental study method was adopted to study the employees of a ceramic company. The experimental group include 15 people and the control group include 15.The research tool uses the “Team Cohesion Scale” and the “The New Tests of Creative Thinking” to carry out quantitative analysis.The results obtained from the study are as follows: After the implementation of the World Café, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group of the " The New Tests of Creative Thinking". After the World Café, the "Team Cohesion Scale" was significantly better than that of the control group.There were significant differences in the before tests and the after test scores of the "Team Cohesion Scale". According to this study, the following four conclusions: 1."World Cafe" can improved the overall creativity of employees. 2."World Cafe" to improve the fluency, flexibility, originality of employees. 3."World Cafe" did not significantly improved the elaboration of employees. 4."World Cafe" can improved the participation, interpersonal and team cooperation of employees.en_US
