高噪音作業勞工聽力保護健康促進之介入研究

Abstract

本研究主要目的為探討高噪音作業勞工採取聽力保護健康促進行為及其相關影響因素，並進而發展高噪音作業勞工聽力保護健康促進介入模組，增進聽力保護計劃之方便性及可近性，以做為未來職場推動聽力保護計劃之參考。本研究預計以兩年時間完成，第一年隨機選取北、中、南各兩家紡織廠，以其中之高噪音作業勞工約600人為對象，利用資料收集法、儀器測量及問卷調查法收集紡織廠噪音作業勞工之健檢資料、作業場所噪音狀況、聽力防護具使用行為及自覺健康行為障礙等相關影響因素加以分析；並針對工廠管理人員，發展聽力保護管理手冊進行介入，以評估介入之成效。第二年則根據第一年的研究成果，進一步發展高噪音作業勞工聽力保護健康促進介入模組。由第一年介入之六家紡織廠中，選取一家之高噪音作業勞工約100人，運用實驗法進行介入研究，另立意取樣一家紡織廠之高噪音作業勞工約100人為對照組，設計評量問卷進行前後測，以評估健康促進介入策略之成效。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the related factors of hearing protection behaviors among the high-noise exposure workers. It also develops the hearing protection intervention module to promote the convenience of worksite's hearing protection program. This research will implement for two years. In the first year, we will select high-noise exposure workers(n=600),collecting their health information data, workplace noise condition, and analyzing their attitude, awareness, knowledge about hearing protection behaviors. Besides, we will develop pamphlet for managers, and evaluate the effect of intervention. According to the first year research results, we will develop the hearing protection and health promotion intervention module let workers understand the importance of the hearing protection and adopt protection behavior.
