生涯決定模糊容忍對生涯未定向的影響:以生涯自我效能為中介變項

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探究高中生生涯自我效能在生涯模糊容忍與生涯未定向間的中介效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,以109學年度就讀臺北市的高中生為研究對象,使用「生涯模糊容忍量表」,並自編「高中階段生涯自我效能量表」、「高中階段發展未定向量表」及「高中階段焦慮未定向量表」作為研究工具,共回收533份有效問卷。將問卷資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、階層迴歸分析和Sobel檢定進行統計分析。 本研究結果摘要如下:一、 高中生的生涯模糊容忍、 生涯自我效能、發展未定向及焦慮未定向皆 屬於中等程度。二、不同性別的高中生在焦慮未定向有明顯差異;不同年級的高中生在生涯模糊容忍和發展未定向有明顯差異 。 三、高中生生涯模糊容忍對發展未定向有顯著預測力; 生涯模糊容忍僅在「逃避」部分對焦 慮未定向有顯著影響性 。 四、高中生生涯模糊容忍對生涯自我效能有顯著預測力。 五、高中生生涯自我效能對發展未定向和焦慮未定向皆有顯著預測力。 六、高中生的生涯自我效能在生涯模糊容忍與發展未定向的具有中介效果;高中生的生涯自我效能僅在生涯模糊容忍的「逃避」部分與焦慮未定向間有顯著的中介效果。 根據以上研究發現,本研究提出進一步的討論,並提供教育輔導實務應用的建議及未來研究的方向。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe study investigated the mediating effect of career self-efficacy on the relationship of career decision ambiguity tolerance and career indecision. The study included 533 students attending senior high school in Taipei City in 2020. The participants were administered Career Ambiguity Tolerance Scale, High School Career Self-Efficacy Scale, High School Developmental Indecision Scale and High School Career Indecisiveness Scale. The resulting data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, hierarchical regression, and Sobel test.The results of current study are as follows:1. The high school students surveyed show moderate levels of career decision ambiguity tolerance, career self-efficacy, developmental indecision, and career indecisiveness.2. For males and females, significant differences were found in terms of career indecisiveness (female> male). Career decision ambiguity tolerance and developmental indecision of senior high school students vary with grades. 3. Career decision ambiguity tolerance can predict developmental indecision of senior high school students; however, only the “aversion” dimension of career decision ambiguity tolerance can predict career indecisiveness of senior high school students. 4. Career decision ambiguity tolerance can predict career self-efficacy of senior high school students. 5. Career self-efficacy can predict both developmental indecision and career indecisiveness of senior high school students.6. Career self-efficacy mediates the relationship between career decision ambiguity tolerance and developmental indecision of senior high school students; career self-efficacy mediates the relation-ship between the “aversion” dimension of career decision ambiguity tolerance and career indecisiveness of senior high school students.Implications of the results are discussed and suggestions for applications in counseling and further research are provided.en_US
