Abstract
本研究旨在探討當前我國技專院校對學生學習成效評量之實施現況,瞭解學習評量相關問題,進而研擬各種適切的學習成效評量方法和策略,以期幫助技專校院學生作有效的學習。 具體之研究目的如下: 1.瞭解技專校院學生學習成效評量現況和問題。 2.建立技專校院學生學習成效之評量模式。 3.研擬技專校院學生學習成效之評量策略。 4.綜合研究發現、結論和建議,提供教育主管機關和技專校院參考。 為達上述研究目的,本研究擬先就技專校院教育特性、學習成效分析、學習成效評量等之理論與現況,進行文獻探討,輔以庚續的小組討論以及專家會議之實施,進而針對技專校院學生之學習評量現況及學習成效發展『技專校院學生之學習成效評量』調查問卷,並以隨機抽樣(random sampling) 的方式從科技大學(12校)、技術學院(48校)、專科學校(25校)中選擇樣本(22校)進行調查,將其意見分析彙整。最後綜合各項研究成果,據以發展有效之技專校院學生學習成就評量機制。 本研究預期在八個月內完成研究,依研究結果提出結論與建議,提供教育主管機關和技專校院參考。
The major purposes of this study are to investigate the current status of, to explore the existing or potential problems of, and to formulate the appropriate strategies for the evaluation of students?? learning achievement in universities of technology, institutes of technology and junior colleges in Taiwan, ROC. Specifically, the following research objectives are proposed: 1.To understand the current status and problems of the evaluation of students??learning achievement in universities (or institutes) of technology and junior colleges. 2.To develop the ideal model(s) for evaluating students?? learning achievement in universities (or institutes) of technology and junior colleges. 3.To formulate the appropriate strategies for evaluating students?? learning achievement in universities (or institutes) of technology and junior colleges. 4.To provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations for the reference of educational authorities and universities (or institutes) of technology and junior colleges. Methods of literature review, panel discussion, expert consultation, and questionnaire survey will be conducted to achieve the research objectives. A self-constructed questionnaire survey will be applied to the educational personnel in 22 randomly selected universities of technology, institutes of technology, and junior colleges, followed by detailed data analysis. Based on the results of the study, feasible model(s) and strategies for effectively evaluating students?? learning achievement will be developed. The study will be completed in eight months. Findings of the study will provide practical strategies and suggestions for improving the evaluation of students?? learning achievement in universities (or institutes) of technology and junior colleges in Taiwan, ROC.
