終身學習機構方案規劃之研究─以松山社區大學為例

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討終身學習機構方案規劃之情形,其中社區大學是國內終身學習機構的重要代表,松山社區大學又是現今87 所社區大學中的標竿之一,故進一步以松山社區大學為個案進行研究。本研究主要目的為:(1)了解終身學習機構方案規劃之內涵;(2)了解終身學習機構方案規劃之策略;(3)了解終身學習機構方案規劃之成功因素;(4)根據研究結果建構終身學習機構方案規劃之模式。為達上述研究目的,研究者以個案研究法並藉由深度訪談、文件分析及非參與觀察法對松山社區大學方案規劃進行探討,本研究獲得以下結論: 一、終身學習機構方案規劃主要可涵蓋在行政管理、相關組織、內部計畫及主體業務、外部計畫及環境互動四個面向內涵中。 二、松山社區大學能掌握松山區歷史人文與都會型特性,以歷史方案為切入點凝聚地方情感與向心力,建立機構特色與價值。 三、松山社區大學以地方學角度統合社區各領域成為一個整體,進行社區經營與營造。 四、松山社區大學善用內外部資源與技術進行業務拓展、組織串連與資源整合,擴大方案效益。 五、松山社區大學內部從領導者到行政團隊有良好的行政基礎作為方案規劃有力的後盾。 六、松山社區大學擁有高品質的辦學及方案內涵,配合融入式教學手法提升方案層次與格局。 七、松山社區大學內部團隊能掌握機構宗旨與環境脈動,以六大主軸連結組織與社會。 八、以機構為層級的方案規劃整合模式,可協助機構在方案規劃上的檢視與參考。 對終身學習機構方案規劃之建議: 一、提升方案規劃者成人教育專業理論與知識,將有助方案的設計與執行。 二、相關主管機關協助方案規劃者財源與經費的穩定與充足,增加機構及方案自主的空間。 三、培養方案規劃者資源整合能力並建構完整的終身學習體系。 對後續研究者之建議: 一、對其它具典範的終身學習機構方案規劃情形進行研究。 二、對其它具典範的終身學習機構領導者之特質與規劃能力進行研究。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the program planning of lifelong learning institutions. In Taiwan, Community University is the critical representation of lifelong learning institutions, especially SongShang Community University, which is one of the benchmarking of all 87 community universities, so this study took SongShang Community University as research object. The research purposes are: 1. understanding the meaning of lifelong learning institution program planning 2.understanding the strategies of lifelong learning institution program planning 3. understanding the success factors of lifelong learning institution program planning 4. constructing the model of lifelong learning institution program planning according to the research results. To reach the purposes above, this study investigated the program planning of SongShan Community University through case study, which use in-depth interview, document analysis and non-participant observation as research methods. Results of the study include the following: 1. The program planning of lifelong learning institutions mainly includes four dimensions: (1) administrative management (2) cooperative organizations (3) internal planning and main business (4) external planning and environmental interaction. 2. SongShan Community University knows how to master the historic culture and the metropolitan characteristic of SongShan district to establish the features and values of institution in historical programs to unify the local attachment and coherence. 3. SongShan Community University integrated all areas of the community into a whole unity to manage and create the community in a community-oriented perspective. 4. SongShan Community University made the right use of internal as well as external resources and technology to develop business, organizational gathering and resources integration, further more to promote the program effectiveness. 5. The leader and the administrator group of SongShan Community University had great administrative basis as the basic of program planning. 6. With the high quality of school planning contents, SongShan Community University has integrated the Merge-integrated Teaching method to elevate the program level and scope. 7. The internal group of SongShan Community University grasped the importance of institutional goals and environmental fluctuation to connect the organization and society with six main principles. 8. The integrated program planning model will be helpful for institutions to evaluate and consult when planning program. Based on the research results, this study provides some recommendations for the lifelong learning institution and the researchers who are interested in studying the further research: 1. Suggestions for lifelong learning institutions when planning program (1) To promote the program planner’s professional theory and knowledge of adult education will be a great help for designing and implementing the program. (2) The related official authorities should help program planner to stabilize and suffice their financial resources and budgets to upgrade the autonomy of institutions. (3) To enhance program planner’s resource integration ability and build completed lifelong learning system. 2. Suggestions for the further researchers (1) To conduct further research in other paradigmatic lifelong learning institutions’ program planning. (2) To conduct further research in other paradigmatic lifelong learning institution leaders’ distinguishing characteristics and planning capability.en_US
