以服務設計觀點探討幼兒創作學習紀錄應用程式設計

Abstract
近年智慧型行動裝置的多元發展,人類的生活型態也隨之改變,攝影已經日常化,拿起身邊的手機就能拍下生活的感動,因社會人口結構的改變,子女生育數減少,父母更願意對子女的教育做較多的投資,並看重孩子所付出的努力與成長的軌跡。隨手拿起手機就能拍照的方便性,讓父母習慣用手機來幫孩子拍下各種成長的回憶,但當快門按個不停拍下滿滿的精彩片段時,也產生了很大量的照片檔案,若是又疏於整理,下次想要欣賞某張隨手記錄下來的作品時,卻已經淹沒在滿滿的生活照之中而找不到。故本研究希望以服務設計觀點,從使用者的角度出發,找出痛點以貼近使用者的需求,挖掘父母在使用拍照記錄應用程式時的體驗需求與痛點,整合使用者經驗與介面使用性的觀點,歸納探討出影音的紀錄分類與編輯輸出應用程式之介面設計原則,並進行應用程式之原型設計與實驗驗證,歸納結論與建議提供後續相關應用程式介面設計之參考依據。本研究以雙鑽石設計的發現、定義、發展與執行的設計流程,先透過半結構式訪談,並從訪談結果篩選出之應用程式進行案例分析,定義出使用者偏好之功能需求,利用人物誌描繪定義出目標使用者樣貌,再透過使用者旅程地圖與服務藍圖來收斂問題與需求,設計出一幼兒創作學習記錄應用程式,並依循使用者經驗蜂巢模型的7項使用者經驗指標為依據,搭配SUS系統易用性尺度量表測試問卷進行實驗驗證。研究結果顯示:SUS系統易用性尺度量表測試問卷結果為A級。而在易用性方面,受測者對於操作流程是容易理解並易於上手的,在渴望性評估結果方面,對於愉悅的使用體驗上,受測者皆不約而同表示介面乾淨簡約的設計,令受測者有著愉悅的使用體驗,而易尋性、便利性、可靠性評估中,受測者的反饋也是予以正向回應,最後的價值性評估,受測者表示整體的使用體驗令人感到便利省事,可以幫助使用者輕鬆的得到其目的,並會想繼續使用此應用程式。
With the diversified development of smart mobile devices in recent years, human life styles have also changed. Photography has become routine. You can capture the touch of life with any mobile phone. Due to changes in the social demographic structure, while the number of children born has decreased, parents are more willing to make investment in the education of their children. Moreover, these parents value their children's efforts and growth trajectory. The convenience of mobile phones has made parents used to taking photos of various growing memories for theirs kids with their phones. However, as they continuously press the shutter to take down all the fabulous moments, a great amount of photo files is also generated. If parents neglect to organize it, by the time they want to appreciate a certain piece of work that has been recorded casually, they would find themselves drowning in a pool full of life photosand unable to find it.Therefore, this research aims at finding out the pain points of users from the aspect of service design in order to find out. By discovering the inconveniences parents are confronted with when using the photo recording applications, and by integrating user experience and usability of interface, this research summarizes the interface design principles of audio-visual record classification and editing and output application programs, and conducts application prototyping and experimental verification. Its conclusions and recommendations provide reference for subsequent related application program interface design.This research, undertaken in the design process of the discovery, definition, development, and implementation of The Double Diamond Design Process, firstly selects application programs for analysis from the interview results of semi-structured interviews and defines the functional requirements that users prefer and also the appearance of the target users through persona. After that, through user journey map and service blueprint we converge the problems and needs and design an application for recording the learning and creation of children. This research also follows the 7 user experience indicators of the user experience honeycomb model and makes use of SUS system usability scale test questionnaire for experimental verification.The test result of questionnaire of the SUS system usability scale is A-level. In terms of ease of use, the testees could easily understand the operation process and easily handle the program. In terms of eagerness evaluation results, for a pleasant experience, the testees all agreed that the design of interface is clean and simple, which brought them a pleasant experience. In the evaluation of ease of search, convenience, and reliability, the feedback of the testees is also positive. In the final evaluation for value, according to the testees, the overall user experience is convenient, trouble-free and needs-meeting, which makes them more willing to continue using this application.
