Abstract
摘 要
透過文獻探討、問卷調查、統計、分析與訪談半結構性訪談,本研究旨在暸解國民中學導師班級經營策略與班級經營效能的現況與差異情形。
本研究以臺北縣公立國民中學八年級導師及該班學生為施測樣本,以「國民中學導師班級經營策略問卷」及「國民中學導師班級經營效能問卷」為研究工具。正式施測有效樣本導師80位,學生2700位。所蒐集資料分別以描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關及等方法進行統計分析。
研究結果如下:
一、 國民中學導師班級經營策略普遍良好。
二、 國民中學導師班級經營效能達中上程度。
三、 國民中學導師班級經營效能,會因導師性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、任教年資、學歷不同而有所差異。
四、 國中導師班級經營策略對班級經營效能具有顯著預測力。
根據研究所得之結論,分別對學校、教師及後續研究提出建
議,作為提高班級經營策略與班級經營效能研究方向之參考。

ABSTRACT Through literature review, questionnaire survey, statistics, analysis and interview , the purpose of this study is to explore the status and the difference of classroom management strategies and classroom management effectiveness utilized by the tutors in Junior High Schools.. The subjects included 80 tutors and 2700 students randomly drawn from 27 junior high schools in Taipei County. The instrument included “The Junior High School Tutors’ Classroom Management Strategies Scale” and “The Junior High School Tutors’ Classroom Management Effectiveness Scale”. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were frequencies, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff`e and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. Some conclusions of this study are found as below: 1.The junior high school tutors have good classroom management strategies. 2.The junior high school tutors have good classroom management effectiveness. 3.There was significant differences among the gender, age, marital status, seniority, academics degree for classroom management effectiveness. 4.There was positive correlation between classroom management strategies and classroom management effectiveness. According to the conclusion, this study provides some suggestions for junior high schools, teachers, and further future study.
